      rookies often have to adjust their weights to a teams requirements within the first few weeks before camp. So if he has to gain weight that would explain the food hes eating and lack of cardio.

    It's interesting that the Vet seems to be himself a cottage industry that surrounds keeping him in shape and in top form. Those guys helping him out all day, throwing balls in the yard, his chef, the personal trainer, all of them working together and benefiting.

    I competed against Connor in a couple camps throughout the years and dude is just real deal, deceptivley strong and a twitch I tried to emulate. Glad he's home trying to grab a roster spot for the Hawks.

      The league has provided so many resources to help these young men realize that their time in the league is limited. They've also gotten it through their heads that this money is not infinite. Even A league minimum contract, invested and managed wisely, can position these guys for life.

    I'm only 6:22 in and I'm amazed at the difference between the two. I would have thought with these high dollar investment players the coaches would have them on a more regimented schedule. At least for the rookies. You can see the veteran needs NO direction. But that should be a privilege earned when you show you got this already. Much respect to the veteran.

    So conflicted by this.
    Mo Sanu is next level professional, focused and intense. Super cool guy too. But statistically by NFL standards, he’s just a mediocre wide receiver. He even got sent to the practice squad recently. But at the same time I can’t imagine the top tier guys work much harder than him. At some point it must just come down to raw God given talent.

      I feel you but at one point Sanu was a starting receiver next Julio Jones on a Super Bowl appearing team .. I think every dog has his day and Father Time caught up with Sanu but that doesn’t mean he doesn’t know how to be a professional. You don’t last as long as he has in the league without doing something right

There’s so many factors why someone can’t last consecutive seasons with a team or be considered “top”. San has a few years left in him, see where it goes

      @@Dockery looks super easily honestly. I workout like this while doing law school, would love to have a chef and trainers and a cryo chamber in my house lol. Would make being the best athlete I can be extremely easy. Comes down to genetics at that point. That being said sanu got it out the mud I assume and grinded even harder before he had money so I guess it works out. I’m just jealous all the stuff he has to help him be such an athletic beast. Looks fun

    you can really see the difference between them lol all the way down to the meals and recovery. The vet knows he needs to fuel and is a whole meal ahead and takes the recovery more serious.
