When a police car is coming behind you, would you know what to do?

Responders who drive to emergency incidents are trained to a very high standard to get them to their destination as quickly and safely as possible. They should not put anyone else at risk. Their training allows for advanced observation and driving skills to help them move through the traffic to get to where they need to be. They will anticipate other road users who should slow down and let emergency vehicles passed, but only when safe to do so.
Watch our video, which was the idea of one of our student officers, to make sure you know what you need to do when an emergency vehicle is making progress.

the amount of Pigs who don't bother stopping at zebra crossings (sometimes even lighted crossings) is ridiculous - and yes, these vehicles are NOT in emergency mode. One Lincs pig said to me once that if you continued to walk across the zebra crossing "i'll have you arrrested for obstruction". That is the level of corruption at Lincs Plod.

in reality, the filth driver will want to bully you off the road. This video is utterly disengenious to the contempt that Lincolnshire Police have to the public in the county.

How dare they try to educate some drivers who don't know what to do. You tell em', Kathy!
Meanwhile, drivers still stop in lane 3 of the motorway and hold up emergency vehicles not knowing to indicate and pull left, or part lanes in both directions and completely block the road. But no, it's the cops who are wrong.

@@ultra_vires this corrupt constabulary will not even follow it's own rules. Having been forced off the road once by a NON EMERGENCY POLICE VEHICLE, this is from personal experience. And if you complain, the Police will harrass you for the rest of your life.
