- A very realistic week of a mum of 2 to a 3 year old and 5 month old! December is often a crazy time, but we very much keep it realistic over here as much as possible! A few extra outings and activities, but the less pressure the better for us!

I really feel you on the sleep! My 2 year old still doesn’t sleep though and the odd time he sleeps until 4 or 5 it’s amazing.
I haven't had a night out with friends since I was pregnant with my middle, she was 5 yesterday!!!
Another shout for blinds2go. We have the ones you push between the glass and the seal on our bifold doors and they are brilliant. We also have loads of their Roman blinds elsewhere in the house. They are all fab.
I’d do wood blinds in the kitchen too. They’d match the table. X
We got our conservatory door blinds from Blinds 2Go. They fit onto the door glass allowing you to use the doors uninterrupted. Ours were the PerfectFIT Venetian Blind x

I don’t feel refreshed even after sleeping all night but it’s my age,I was in bed at 5.30pm last night as so tired but nice just to relax
Never seen ricotta cheese in a lasagna before! I add chunks of mozzarella in between each layer too. I also do the marmite and woustershire sauce. Another trick is to leave the lasanaga to ‘set’ in the fridge and then cook.
Also crunched up crisps on top before going in the oven for extra crunch! ❤

My daughter just turned one and she still wakes up every two hours, some nights every hour of the night. Some time within an hour she wakes up three times 😭😭 I would love to wake up at 5 after a single stretch of sleep 😝
Bless you! Have you spoken to a sleep consultant? Sometimes (sometimes!) they can find a reason. I was similar and ended up being we needed to up the calories in the day (pasta in the bath before bed was randomly the answer) before we could go through the processes of teaching her to self settle. You super-mum though, that amount of sleep deprivation is incredibly hard x

@@Claire.marie.613 this is probably gonna be our next step. We have tried everything, formula (doesn’t like it), bottle (doesn’t like it), dummy (nah, wants boob), eating fattier at dinner, drinking more water during the day, good naps during the day, bad naps during the day, more clothes, less clothes, osteopath therapy (helped a tiny tiny bit)…next step is transitioning to her room in January, probably with the help of a sleep consultant🤞🏻😊

I've honestly never known anyone to try so hard....how is it that the big vloggers ie..zoe sugg/molly mae come across so natural but then these wannabes try SO hard it's actually funny!
How do u cope with dog barking when little one napping?
Have you tried a dreamfeed? We feed our 7 month old (and have been doing this since I started bottle feeding a few months ago) at 10.30 when we go to bed then he goes until 7am
Also at 5 months he went in his own room and it was a game changer. I used to wake at everything before. He now settled himself MOST of the time. Sometimes I have to pop in but not often
