Yes to us mums who still have our secret music side ! I think my son knows the words to all state champs songs more than he knows his nursery rhymes ❤ never lose who you are !
Love your videos. Just a suggestion for your kitchen, could you add extra shelves in the cupboards to make additional room for organizing things. Especially the one with the breads and the one with your breast pump.
Aw yay, that’s perfect 🥰 and yeah honestly, I feel tonnes better! A shame it had to get that bad for me to take a bit of time 🤣 why do we do that to ourselves haha 😅xxx
Lovely video! Your living room looks so cosy. Where are your little glass weaning pots from? My youngest is 6m on 2nd Jan so you’ve made me think I must get organised x
Ah I've been watching you for years and didn't know you loved similar music to me! I'm similar to you that people would never guess that I love the heavy rock/metal music. Would love it if you could share any of your playlists :)
I would love to reach out to help but we have no one in the country. It’s such a struggle we’ve even thought baby no.2 might not be possible as it’s already hard enough 🥺
You always sound so negative about your life as if you can’t cope with having 2 children embrace it someone would love to walk in your shoes as your doing a absolutely good job but maybe being a mummy is not your forte xx
Shan doesn't sound negative at all. Just realistic, true to life. Parenthood is not easy so why make out its a breeze and perfect all the time when it truly isn't. It takes hard work, determination, strength, patience and so many other things to be a decent parent. And looking at how things are difficult, talking about them is what makes you a better parent. Shan is an amazing mum, both her children are lucky to have her and will have an amazing childhood. Saying its not someone's forte is quite rude, it's not like going into a job as a receptionist and saying your not good with people so maybe this isn't the right job for you. There are some parents out there that don't deserve there children they are the ones that would lie about how things really are and make out they are coping amazing and are the perfect parent. There is no such thing. A good parent is someone who can firstly care/love their child, recognise tough times/how they are dealing with a situation, make changes and improvements on there behaviour/attitude to benefit the child, enjoy the good times but use the bad times as an educational experience cos there is no manual, every child is different, they all react in different ways, at different times and we don't have all the answers so you just have to get through as best as you can whilst learning along the way. There is nothing negative about that. Being honest and real doesn't make you a bad parent. Also it's good that she speaks about it, I'm sure as she's pointed out previously it helps her and if you look at other people's comments it helps them too. She's helped me massively to not feel alone especially when your having a tough day and you feel like the worst parent because you haven't been able to make every second of the day wonderful, brilliant, amazing but your not your just a real parent. I don't mean to sound awful to you just think the comment was a little disrespectful and hurtful especially when some/most mums/dad's question themselves daily on how well they are doing bringing their children up they don't need comments like this, send it to someone who truly deserves it like a child abuser not someone who works hard, tries hard and is a bloody amazing mum. Well done Shan! X
Omg what a horrible comment, it's obvious she's so happy being a mum and brilliant at it, she's just being real about hiw it us difficult which makes us all feel less alone as we relate. What do you hope to achieve with your rude unkind comment!?
My kids have got that advent calendar from their grannies! They love it plus have a chocolate ones too 😊

Such a tone deaf comment. Parenthood is full of contradictions and mixed feelings, but the most wonderful experience at the end of the day.
She sounds like a real mum and she’s doing an absolutely fantastic job!
Only negativity I see is this comment funnily enough! Have a great Christmas Shan xx
