Effects are 110% important. When I first started I didn’t know why my beats sounded bland but as I kept learning I realized I just wasn’t using any effects or at least not the right ones
Great video Ced! All these effects are bangers. I love using Raum and halftime. Two of my faves. That lifeline imma hafta check out! As always, keep inspiring fam!
PanCake, Halftime, Cymatics Origin, GuitarRig 5 & 6, Ableton Live’s Delay and Beat Repeat, FL Studio’s Chorus, Phaser, Flanger and Flangus!!!! I currently don’t have some of those fx’s that you mentioned like the full version of Cymatics Diablo, or Effectrix, or RX-20, but I will be getting them!!!! Awesome vid!!!!
8:12 for tutorials/review producers showing the songs they made. Legend making song in the tutorial/review itself! Dope Bassline ♥ pls make a dedicated video for bass sounds vsts of your preference (2022 version) for different genres like retrowave, acoustic, edm etc. This will help a lot. In case you have made a bass vst video. I will find amd check it out
Sweet! I got my free trial for RC-20 when the Black Friday sale was happening but I didn’t wind up buying it; now I’m hooked though so I might just buy it full price :/
Thanks for sharing. I want to invest in a great board to last me for years and take it from there. I'm currently a DJ and Beat Maker for Hip-Hop and R&B ... I want to learn an instrument such as piano, so as a beginner, what keyboard do you suggest?
Good luck ES I did a video on my fav midi keyboards.. It all depends on what your looking for they all do the same but some feel different etc! I cant really answer your question cause it depends on your budget. do you research and trust your research! good luck!
It depends on your budget and space you have. If you have the space I would recommend either a 32 or 49 midi keyboard. If you have a laptop already then your already part of the way there. Some midi keyboards if not most of them come with daw software that you will need to get started. Others you can go online and try trial versions. Depending on the laptop it’s recommended you have at least 8gb of ram some daw(digital audio workstations) you only need 4gb but will run a lil slower when running. FL Studio, Ableton, Bandlab, Cubase, Cakewalk by Bandlab, Bitwig, Studio One are some of the most popular daws but all them have a different learning curve. All them also have a trial version so you can try before you buy or commit to a difficult daw. There are plenty of videos on picking out gear for studio production on RUclips. Hope this helps!
I like that poster on the left! Recently made acoustic absorbers using rockwool but they require cover. Came with idea do add graphics. I thought of MLK, but then being a white guy and non American I dunno how people would react, as nowadays everyone is sensitive to everything. Anyway, one acoustic absorber is definitely getting Haile Selassie portrait! Because my country (former Yugoslavia, now in EU) recognized him ang gave him highest honors / awards in 1950s. I think black&white portrait on an acoustic absorber will look super cool. Sorry for offtopic!
All good bro I like that you appreciate the posters! These men are an inspiration to me and so many others no matter what skin colour religion etc ppl are! All the best my friend!
Rc-20 is a banger, i thought i was one of the only ones to love Raum. I never hear anyone recommend it. Everyone says valhalla, soundtoys, and now baby audio.
What is Favorite your Effects Plugin?!?!
Cymatics origins
Guitar Rig 6 because I use this to add personality to my melodies!
Halftime because I use this to manipulate melodies!
Replika XT, Spaced out, Portal and Thermal really can add sauce to your mix
For drums, bass & anything you want some grit on RIFT is the way to go. Also a good look at the kilohearts plugins is definately worth a look At!
Retrograde goes in for my producer's productions.
