Some of my best beats come when I don't intend to make a beat...maybe I just want to browse through sounds and I get distracted when I hear something I like
U-he Diva is probably the only VST you need. It can do it all. Best analogue emulation on the market still and you also get the JP8000 oscillator section which you can combine with those lush analogue modeled filters. And best company in music today in terms of support.
The Hammers and Waves is definitely worth the price tag. Serum for sure is essential as well. Vouch for the both of them for affordable industry quality options.
I second these. Especially rapid and tone2. Highly underrated they just don’t spend recources on advertising because smaller companies but awesome and low CPU. Avenger, it’s cool but a hog
@@lionbird7176 Falcon is actually pretty light on CPU for its power. I am running it on an 8 year old PC with no problems. And if you like Omnisphere, you will LOVE Falcon!

Great VST choices by the way, some of which I will check out based on the jams you just popped off during your demo. Amazing. If you are into Oberheim synths, try OPX-Pro-II. Blows the doors off of any Oberheim emulation I've purchased to date. Yeah, its retro, but the original OBX is a Tom Oberheim masterpiece.

i like your pick .. pick the big packs of a lot of sounds and work on your playing ability .. doing sound design is for geeks like me who are not really producers ... if you wanna be a producer work on your key skills and get the bundle plugin packs and work the presets .. no artist is gonna care about how much time you spend in making a "beeoeoeeow" sound, but they will care how fast you can create and arrange and change your chords and melodies.

As for your recommendations, I totally agree. There are so many cool VST's out there and it can be overwhelming at first but videos like this certainly steers you in the right direction.
