That is very similar wave pattern to what you find on the dial of the Tissot Seastar 2000 but of course the Tissot is 46MM and wears much larger. Seiko really knows how to make a beautiful diver watch at great price.
Turtles are just awesome. Nothing wears quite like a Turtle. I find my plain SRPE93 more comfortable than watches costing 5 times as much. It's my go-to beater for camping, kayaking, yard work. Great watches at a fair price.
Have the 2017 Seiko PADI. Same movement . Awesome lume. Pepsi dial. No sapphire crystal , ceramic bezel or candy bar. 200m wr. I love it. Absolutely awesome daily. Travelled around the world with it. Awesome bang for Buck.

What's wrong with it? all the links are solid. The stamped clasp isn't super nice but there's nothing actually wrong with it. it works and that's how mainstream clasps were for decades. The obsession with milled clasps is a new thing I just don't get.
I dont know why but i have seend this beautiful watch in the shop but was not written “made in japan” in the dial. Only the movement number. It looks very real . When i checked on seiko global site also in the picture is not written made in japan. Do seiko make two different models?
The hardest part about getting a turtle is which color way your gonna get. You have two great options there.

Turtles are great. I just found an SRP789 coke in very good condition at a great price, and wear it on a Strapcode Shark Mesh.

Very nice watch, but I don't like the steel bracelet on a turtle case. I prefer it with a silicon bracelet waffle style or a classic Seiko Z22 flat.
Taken me a week to get use to the king turtle it’s comfy but heavy feeling but ya get use to it eventually

I have a 2018 SRPC91 on a tropic rubber strap. It's baller status for sure.
