How Batman even manages his Sleep?

- The Dark Knight, through his intensive training, has mastered the art microsleep a brief periods of unconsciousness, without his conscious awareness. While microsleep poses real-life dangers, Batman employs this ability to enhance his problem-solving skills.
Motivated by a tragic past, Batman with his intelligence, physical prowess, and an array of gadgets combats crime in Gotham City.

I heard of a Batman storyline where Bruce Wayne somehow time travels to the past, tries to stop his parents murder, goes even more insane in the process, and winds up becoming The Joker that he was fighting all along…

Yeah I maintain that he's at the very least a low level metahuman. His strategic/cognitive abilities and planning alone are ridiculous (plot armor aside for now.)
There's a storyline where Darkseid manages to mind control and enslave Batman making him his main general...he would go on to conquer most of the galaxy and defeat the JL within like, weeks because of Bruce's genius level strategic abilities. Superman gets mind controlled almost monthly and they stop it in a day. Batman gets converted once and conquers the world lol.
For being a human with no superpowers Batman is OP as hell.
Yeah I don't like when they make him this over the top. Batman is supposed to be the peak of what a person chan achieve physically and mentally, but they always used to keep it kind of plausible, like you can kinda see it being possible if someone was dedicated enough.
But this shit of him not having to sleep or being able to predict a person's every move just makes him another demi-god like the rest of them

Bruce is supposed to be in “peak physical condition”; built like Chris Bumstead, but with the cardiovascular conditioning of a CrossFit athlete.
It is physically impossible (as in defies the laws of physics) for a person to achieve that without 7-9 CONSECUTIVE hours of sleep, on a consistent basis. If all you’re doing is “Micro napping” a few times a day (even if it totals up to several hours), then your body will begin to deteriorate pretty quickly, and your cognitive functioning goes along with it.
The whole “micro napping” thing pushes Batman into the territory of “super-human”; which kind of takes away from his character IMO. Batman, needs his rest - he’s only human.

At my last job, I went one month with two days off, working doubles at least once a week. Microsleep is fucking terrifying when you blink while driving and lose a mile of freeway
I came here looking for this comment. I suffer from terrible insomnia and have done since I was very young - around 4/5 years old. Nothing helped/helps.
The most terrifying microsleep experience I had was when I was driving home, at 2am from a work's Christmas party. I don't drink, and was stone cold sober, but I'd been at work since 6.30am/7am right through to the Christmas party.
I was 3 miles from my home, on a straight stretch of road, at 2am on an icy night. I remember the start of the road, and the next thing I know, I was 200 yards further down the road, and had drifted into the next lane of the dual carriageway. I was very lucky I woke up when I did. Had I not, I would have ploughed into the newly erected roundabout.☠️
I just can't get sleepy behind the wheel. My subconscious just doesn't allow it.

Microsleep can be helpful, not to replace 8-10 hours of sleep but to raise processes during the day, fall asleep in a chair with a key or something small and metal in your hand, place a plate under the hand to catch it, and when you fall asleep you'll release it and the item hitting the plate will wake you up.
I can't really explain it but if you're tired in the middle of the day or have brain fog it can really help.
