I was having a giggle to my self at your frustration on the spool tensioner. Thankyou for cutting a fair bit of it and solving it. Glad to see it wasnt damaged it at all and it all worked out. Seasir is making some awesome products it seems. I love the metal frame reel i am looking for one in the ~8-9kg drag. As an alternative to my 4000 size spin reels. I dont do bfs, but this looks like a good one. I don't buy into the ultimate light weight reel stuff, once it's below 250g (8oz) I can cast it all day. Long as the spools are light to give flexability of cast range it will suit the majority of fishermen 👍. Keep grinding videos out its good to see a channel not so orntated on bfs reviewing cdm products.
Yeah that thing was giving me a headache! I’ve taken it out a few times and it’s very good reel. I put 8lb on the BFS spool and 12lb on the regular one and it handles both very well. Thanks!
Hey can you please do metric measurements too in the future? Like check the metric weight too? Looks like a very nice reel. Hopefully the spool tension was just a once off issue and you can get a partial refund from Ali.
I bought 2 of them SLX DC XT’s, now I only got to get a swimbait/glide bait setup, had my eye on the Irod querkus jr swimbait rod, butchered the name but you prob figured it out lol, it says good for 1-4 oz baits which falls perfectly in baits I have and plan to get, mostly I glide 187r’s and Chad shads, what’s your thoughts on that rod
I love that rod(I have two) you can get a Tranx or if you want something from Japan Lure shop let me know and I’ll give you a suggestion! Also there is a few budget reels that I know work great
A swimbait reel was gonna be my next question, I do have a Tatula 300 that I have on my Musky setup, it’s a tank but throws big lures well , also trying to get away from rods sharing reels, I’d love a good budget recommendation as well as a higher end, appreciate your time man
@@mattcampbell3876 that’s a good choice also the 200 but the Piscifun Alijoz is one of the best budget reels in my opinion but if you wanted a 300 size Shimano get the scorpion
All you have to do is take your time when you are taking something up her like a I know it can be a pain in the but that is part of does Peruvian a fisherman you always have to repair your check for you're fishing

How would you rate the M1 to the new Sliver Feather ( aluminum frame) in terms of low end BFS lure performance
The silver feather runs away with it! Both are good options but if you’re looking for light weight then go with the silver feather!
Thanks I have the Silver Feather Elite aluminum frame upgrade to roro and I seem to be picking it more than ten CQ 23 bfs.
Keep grinding out content you have a personality for the job.
Thanks!
I didn’t realize that the camera was set into 1080p or some other low quality format
Interesting reel. I wonder if it’s worth the higher price tag compared to the seasir cast x
I would say so but the Cast-x is so good at the much lower price. I have heard they might start putting the M1 on sale

Very nice 👌
Thanks! After messing with it a lot! They put the wrong size O-ring in the spool tension knob after changing it no more problems!
