Awesome video. The information is extremely helpful. I been working on a LT200 American works side by side for an elderly couple. The engine is 1500cc it had carburetor issue in the past.
The poor elderly have taken it to a dealer and choke assembly had been replaced. it ran for a while and quit running. Then a family member tried working on it and to no avail. it was brought to me in a complete mess (parts missing). It runs for seconds and then dies. checked all electrical parts and appear ok. it has symptom of gas starvation I disassemble the carb and the it had been taken apart in the past. it was reassemble with super glue. I replaced the carb with a new including a new intake. it does'nt idles . it runs while operating throttle . any suggestions will be appreciated .
Sounds like you’re still having trouble with fuel. I would clean the carb and check my fuel and air mixture screw.

Hello, I was wondering if you know the model # for the carb so I can find a rebuild kit for it from minuki. I’m having trouble getting my 2003 500 6 x 6 to start and I have spark, the plug is wet and compression and I’m less than 20% on a leak down test so it should be starting. I have come to the conclusion that it’s probably a bad carburetor since they had an aftermarket on, so I’m trying to rebuild the original one to see if it starts then I think that the Aftermarket one is messing up the air fuel mixture to get it to even start. Thank you so much for any help that you can give.
