Would forced defrost do the job? Of course food or dust clogging will not work but ice can be defrosted. I wondering why ice builds up in the bottom instead of on side walls.
I found ice on bottom of the freezer area in my rs261. But drain pan is dry. Is the drain pan expected to be wet?
@@mli-yw8jv in my situation the pipe was clogged with frozen water, what did not go through , but what was on top, found its way over and out

My Samsung RS2630WW keeps leaking onto the floor, but there is no ice in the drain, and when I pour water through it, it pours through fine in the back and into the drip tray. It happens a couple of times a day. The front of the refrigerator is .3" higher than the back. Any ideas? Samsung has been less than helpful.
When we came back, I had to figure this out maybe yours is a too much is defrosting, possible running off. not sure, but tilting back means a harder close, what these contractors do.
I have aa Samsung RS25J500DSG and have the same issue. There is no ice build up or drain pipe clogged. When you pour water it comes out right away. But I can see droplets beneath the white dome like thing that covers the coils near the heating element. Those droplets accumulate over time and gradually make their way towards the front and then there is a puddle on the floor (freezer side). I am wondering if you have solved the issue yourself.

Never again buying any Samsung appliecnces.
first time in many years of ownership this happened, now I can understand if you just bought one, we say that on any product. has to be a reason.
