ABOUT DR FRANCES CRESS WELSING, M.D.
Dr.Frances Cress Welsing,(1935-2016) was a psychiatrist best known for writing The Isis Papers, was born Frances Luella Cress in Chicago, Illinois, on March 18, 1935. Welsing, who was the child of physician Henry Cress and teacher Ida Mae Griffen, grew up the middle of three daughters. She received her Bachelor’s of Science from Antioch College in Ohio in 1957 and her medical degree (M.D.) from Washington, D.C.’s Howard University in 1962.
After earning her M.D., Welsing stayed in Washington, D.C., pursuing a career in child and general psychiatry. Welsing spent nearly twenty-five years working as a staff physician for D.C.’s Department of Human Services, and also as the clinical director of two schools catering to children with emotional troubles. Welsing opened her own private practice in D.C. in 1967. Through her published works and her research, Welsing sought to help bring about a solution to the mental health problems of the black community by understanding racism.
Dr. Welsing passed away January 2, 2016. This excerpt is taken from the last known on camera interview footage of her.

The American LOWS (Legacy Of White Supremacy) Web Series is a companion to the feature length documentary film The American LOWS directed by Darnley R. Hodge, Jr. (aka Brother Saankara) for Blackamoor Films LLC.

I understand what you are trying to say, when you commented on Dr. Welsing as being the most powerful Black woman that ever walked the earth, that is not true. If you said she is the most Courageous, Brave, Intelligent and the most usually rare kind of person to ever existed? I would agree!
Her intellect was tireless. She worked day and night to open the minds of a Black people and White people, but she cared deeply for Black people.
Black People don’t have the power at this time to dismantle the system of white supremacy (racism), but their time and energy when focused on replacing racism white supremacy with justice can be powerful.
When Black people learn how to be their own individual, independent leaders that can be very powerful.
When Black people learn how to become experts in problems solving by beginning to solve problems right where they are, that can be powerful.
When Black people learn how to practice true self-respect by telling them themselves the truth, even when it hurts, that can be extremely powerful.
When Black people learn that power comes from creating counter racist codes based in the logic of cause and effect, that also can be extremely powerful, but not by getting together.
Replace the system of white supremacy (racism) with a true system of justice!

As a young man, growing up, I was always asked (by non-black men) my dating preference. I thought it was small talk. After reading the 'Isis Papers', I realised, non-black men, as a collective, always try to police black mens preferences.
I believe it. They question us for a reason.
You were right the first time, it was small talk. Nobody cares about who you date, except maybe your parents. That's not even a Black or White thing. Most people don't care who dates who, period. Genetic predisposition in the sense of "taking up the cudgels" where the very erudite scholarly lady left off. It's psychologically true that parents of a certain discipline is more likely to "seed" offspring of a similar nature than not. Thing is the British were oppressed( beheaded, burned alive etc.) , for their differences in religion etc. So some of them decided to set their sights on America, calling it a new world- when the reality is that this land was already preoccupied by people(Native Americans) So in retrospect, they built a land(upon the bloodshed of blacks and natives) that they didn't have to be bothered with British rule any more or be looked down upon, they began to make up their own rules that benefited the Europeans that migrated to the America's a.k.a ( The Declaration of independence & U.S Constitution) England was very upset that they were being told that they couldn't rule over the Europeans that came here( America aka13 colonies)- so there was a war, hence the 4th of July came to be.
My point is : the harsh reality is - that if black people want to stop being seen as the underdog, and to a system that will never serve us- we will have to build and find a land that belongs to no one and start from scratch. take mason builders, doctors, lawyers, teachers , plumbers, agricultural specialist, bankers, architects, police officers, and soldiers who will help protect the new land- because of course they would try to destroy and kill us for trying to do so.( leaving them to themselves.)

Less Confused - Theres a difference between rape and racism. Rape is an act or violation that doesn’t require thinking but involves a lack of self control. Racism is an concept that requires a strategy. In order for the idea of racism to work on victims, the belief has to be embedded in the human psyche first. Nobody is born to hate themselves or born to feel superior or inferior, it’s an belief system that’s taught and implanted in the minds of ppl. Moreover, consent is still required in order for these beliefs to manifest itself. I’ve personally witnessed that not every POC feels inferior because of their physical appearance nor are they intimidated by anyone for any reason. White and black are concepts that ppl generally speaking align themselves with by choice. Why would any sane person aligned themselves with terms or distorted beliefs thats associated with negative portrayals or negative connotations without question??

Interesting thought came across my mind when listening to this. Would it be a stretch to say that the advances in travel has sped up the process of "white genetic annihilation"? Have the Caucasian race brought it upon themselves with the concept of flight and colonization? maybe if things stayed the way they were, with the length of time it took to go from one country to the next, the caucasian race could have maintained their race by being able to replenish their numbers at a speed conducive to the rate of travel and migration. It seems like almost every advancement made in the modern era under European reign has been detrimental to themselves ,us and the planet as a whole.

The laws of nature does forbid certain types of human activities and nature don't discriminate against anyone or anything. When Black people learn how to practice true self-respect by telling themselves the truth, even when it hurts, that can be extremely powerful.
When Black people learn that power comes from creating counter racist codes based in the logic of cause and effect, that also can be extremely powerful, but not by getting together.
