    Imagine how fast it would have come off with proper impact rated extension and socket. That thing must be a beast because my 1/2” high torque is unstoppable

      @carsandfurious_  5 лет назад +1

      Hello, yes it is very very strong. We also used a 65mm bushing reduction, losing strength but still very powerful.

    So what was that you were taking a bolt off of is that’s some type of clutch?

    • @carsandfurious_
      @carsandfurious_  2 года назад

      Hello, yes it is a very robust dry clutch, it is used for tractors and earth moving machines, they have one on the left rear and one on the right rear.

      So does it work like a break? do you have any more videos of what they go to and how they function

    • @carsandfurious_
      @carsandfurious_  2 года назад

      @@terrellscaife2411 yes, moving a lever opens the clutch and stops it. no, sorry I don't have any videos of this type

    It needs actual torque settings, not happy with guessing which level

  • @KRuslan1000
    @KRuslan1000 5 лет назад +3

    Will using an adapter you lose torque

    • @carsandfurious_
      @carsandfurious_  5 лет назад

      Yes you are right

    • @wader729
      @wader729 4 года назад +2

      Actually it doesn’t lose torque, from personal experience a 1/2 to 3/4 impact rated increases torque.

    Clearly not the ideal tool for the job. Imagine you had to remove 50 fasteners of that size, it would take all day and be way harsh on the tool.

    • @carsandfurious_

      Hello, you are right, I wanted to try it in more extreme conditions and with a reduction of the tool to see if it could do it.

      There are situations where you might have to use a chrome socket because it’s not as thick as an impact socket
