Just little history. So Hyang has traveled to over 60 countries singing in churches and charitable events singing praise songs and giving testimony.

Thank You Both for this Great reaction of SoHyang! She was about 36/37 in this video! Her voice now is maybe even better and her range etc. at least as good! She is a Great Artist and even Better Person of Character! She does so many different things! She has written several Fantasy Novel( most successful were Crystal Castle and Anaxion) , also written a few of her own songs, is a Teacher of Voice and Performance at University!,Singer( also ministers as well, as both her In-laws are ordained Ministers) she also sings Pop, Jazz, Rock, Adult Contemporary, Acts, Writes Faith based Books! Did the voice over for, Disney’s Korean Moana! Starred in Korea’s,” The Sound of Music”, Had a cameo and a speaking part in two of the,” Fast and Furious Movies! Performed in many, many Churches all over the World( many times in USA) sang American National Anthem at NBA game,sang at Korean Olympics, sang official song for Climate Change! Worked with Micheal Bolton , Josh Groban,David Foster and Kirk Franklin! She has turned down Recording Contracts with 3 Top International Recording Companies and many Korean Talent Agencies! She did this for many reasons . The first two, God told her she wasn‘t ready , Spiritually or Mentally and the last was health and she realized, too much of her singing was becoming about her, not the message and her Promise to God for saving her life! She did all this with many health issues and even some poverty as a teen! She met and became the lead singer for her present day Husband’s Contemporary Christian Music, family band at the age of about 18/19. Fell in love and both felt pressured by God to Marry quickly, though they did not know why, they did! Very shortly after, they found out she had cervical cancer on an one side went in for surgery and surgeon discovered it was both sides! Called in Family to ask what to do as she would not be able to naturally give birth! No hesitation her Father-In -Law said, just save her life, lots of Children need homes, if they want children! Due to the cancer and a tainted transfusion she developed Hepatitis and her immune system was compromised ! This led to her having 8 serious bouts of Pneumonia over a period of about 4 1/2 years from 2014 to early 2018, which also led to her almost giving up singing, until she went on KOMS( King Of Masked Singer) after seeing a banner on a Trip to the USA ( to visit one of her Sister-in-Laws) it read,” We Have Nothing To Fear But Fear Itself”, realized she made a Promise and May regret letting fear of failure stop her, so she didn’t! Said on that show she discovered she really did have a positive affect on the audience and people really did enjoy her Performances! She has been healthy or at least not had Pneumonia since early 2019 and her voice is maybe better then ever! These obstacles have given her, Soul when she Performs and she give 100% every time! Her Father and Mother- in Law have managed her for years now and she wouldn’t have it any other way as she loves them very much! She also has a good relationship with her Mom and even her Dad who left them when she was in High School which lead to financial difficulties! She has been a solo Artist since 2012/13 as the other Family members have gone to the USA TO STUDY AND FOR THEIR CAREERS! The Band POS did put out at least 4 Albums and she has many songs as well on ITunes and Utube! She has no personal media only some fans have fan pages to promote her! She is very wise but has a very youthful attitude and demeanour! She is a Wonder and possibly could be an Angel :-)

Wow … she’s such a strong woman with so much life in her has got a lot to offer to this generation, with a voice like hers it’s impossible for one to listen to her once and let her go, she’s very addictive, absolutely admire her and appreciate what she’s doing. She started suffering from pneumonia in 2016, and 2019-2020 were when her pneumonia reached its peak.
You can see that there aren't many videos of her activities at that time and the singing condition was also the worst in her career at that time.
In 2021, she finally began to overcome and it was Amazing Grace that heralded her recovery.

Nice to see you back reacting to Sohyang. :) 'Bridge over troubled Waters' is one of her big covers. If you don't know, this song is classic 1970's folk rock by Simon & Garfunkel. It's been covered many times but never arranged like this before. Sohyang always makes a song her own.
I think she was 37 here.
