How do you heal from histamine intolerance and Oral Allergy Syndrome? I just started reacted to a bunch of foods after going on a PPI because of gerd and viral pharyngitis and now i suddenly have all these weird little food issues.
Can you heal from mild food allergies/sensitivities the same way?
My main symptom for histamine is a temporary tightness in my throat and the oral allergy syndrome just makes certain foods cause tongue burning.
Im not sure how to heal from these, but i hate being on such a restricted diet to try to handle all the current health issues. Doing a plant based acid watcher diet, histamine restriction and now these other strange food burning issues.
    Would healing my gut help?

    Hello Doctor B.,
Many years ago I read a very interesting book ... 'Gut Reaction',
written by GudrunJohnson, since then I have been been a
strong advocate for that way of eating. Your advice is similar
to her doctrine. Thank you so much. Valérie ❤️❤️❤️

I have 30 trillion gut microbes who I consider to be my best friends but I'm sorry I can't 'friend' all of them on Twitter because the limit is 50 billion :(

I'd like to know if this guy has read Nourishing traditions by sally fallon (Weston a price diet), cure tooth decay about the weston A price traditional diets in ancient cultures, or gut and psychology syndrome by natasha Campbell mcbride (GAPS diet). If you ever interview him again, please ask. I consider these to be very well researched with actual studies and yet he Still thinks that grains and legumes benefit health more than meat, and that that is what traditional ancient cultures ate. I am unconvinced!
It was a very interesting interview though.

Thank you for sharing - I agree with you that the inclusion of meat and animal products is important for health, and found Nourishing Traditions / the Weston A Price diet to be incredibly beneficial. I like to bring on a range of viewpoints on the show - even those I don't necessarily agree with - as I feel there is always something to learn. I can certainly bring up Weston A Price / Gaps on a future episode.
