@@FlyMeToThePhilippinesHello. Sorry for the Novel, you can skip to the end. Lol I thought you were using a backdrop of that park, it was so beautiful and green. I was looking in the background for any movement. Apparently it was not windy so that plan failed. It wasn’t until you moved the camera closer that I realized the scene was live. I have been watching many videos from many different RUclipsrs and you guys are my favorite. I was looking into retiring in either the Philippines or Thailand. After communicating with a few Thai woman that I met on thaidate I realized that I would allow other men to pursue the Thai ladies. I had been to the Philippines when I was in the USAF stationed on Okinawa. I was only there a few times for a week or so and loved it, my first wife is Filipina so I am familiar with the culture and some of the nuances. Unfortunately, that marriage was meant to be. Haha that’s a story for another time. I am planning on retiring there and hopefully finding my soulmate. My plan is make the move by August 2024. I was wondering if I could keep in contact with you in case I had some questions. I promise not to email bomb you. Haha. Well let me know what your thoughts are. If you would rather I send a message this way then that’s ok. I am so happy for the 2 of you. In case you were wondering, I am 61. If you weren’t wondering you can ignore my age. Lol. 07:15 "I don't have money, I mean, I DO have money, but that's not MINE."
That is SO Precious! That's the right attitude. If I were married, I'd tell my wife, "I can make your life better, but I can't make EVERYBODY ELSE's life better. If your second cousin's son "needs" money for school (or whatever), you (my wife) can choose for me to make HIS life better or YOUR life better, but not BOTH of you."

I honestly hope that her and her family have a great life with many blessings.
I was a little surprised when both of you lady's started singing amazing grace.
Both of you have an amazing voices, felt like I was young again (almost 61 now) and going to revival, its literally made my hair on my arms tingle, and gave me a warm humble feeling in my heart.
I would not have a problem raising a child that is not biologically mind, I've done it before and he has grown up to be fine upstanding young man and father.
Even though we are not connected by blood he is my son and to him I am dad.
And that is how I would handle it now, if I'm going to have a relationship with an single mother it's my responsibility to treat the children as my own and let them know it every day.
God bless and take care I wish the best for all of you.

SINGLE MOTHERS - it depends on what your plans are. If I was looking for a LTR or marriage, I would see it as an advantage to date a single mother - because I do not want to raise another baby myself. Yet I understand that almost all young women are going to want a child. So better that she already has one (ideally of school age) so the woman feels fulfilled. Being in an LTR with a young woman who is aching to have a baby, if you are not, is just setting you up for conflict. Better that having a baby is out of her system, and out in the open, and accounted for in you budget, so you can just get on with the relationship you want to have together.

Great intro with those lovely voices 🤩
I hope it's OK so say how I've been intrigued by the features that come together with the Chinese and Spanish features of Filipinos. Of course, the words and wisdom make the relationship work, but I do have that initial impression for skin color and overall beauty that is quite alluring. Your guest is stunning!
"They have to be willing and ready" she said, and that's true. It's a whole package. After that initial "wow" of she's beautiful is a whole person.

Love the honestly between the lines it's a balance of love and money ( she wants long term financial benefit ) you need to love your partner ( as long as he can support me financially ) I am a single mother ( I need someone to pay for my poor choice in a person I made a baby with ) don't say bad things about single mothers ( victim mentality ) a man would respect a single mother and stay on our good side or tampo. ( respect me, or you'll regret it )
Thank you for the clarity 🙏

Tampo doesn't work against most western men.
Most of us are so used to a woman screaming to us, fighting us and making all sorts of drama, so tampo is mainly a bit of peace for us.
Communication, honesty, love, care, respect and peace are key components in a good relationship.

Yes, good real cheese is very hard to find and can be very expensive when purchased in small quantities at better supermarkets here in the Philippines, they have some Michael SNR, which is the Costco of the Philippines. Normally we can buy 16 of a goodwill but the last month they’ve been out and this last time all they had was the big wheel available I paid approximately $65 Maybe $18 US per kilo. But it’s so hard to find and it last so I decided to buy it and just cut my own portion off one week at a time.

Americans really don’t have to go all the way to the Philippines to find a nice Filipino woman. In fact, I met my Filipino wife 37 years ago in California. There is a large concentration of Filipinos in Hawaii, California and Washington, for example. We’ve been together 37 years, and 36 years Kasal. Just as important is the fact that you won’t fall in the cultural trap of “utang na loob”. Which owed debt to the parents and siblings. Anyway, that’s just how I see it.

Of course…financial security is one of the basics of being a man, just as the woman looks upon managing the household as just the basics of being a woman. It all flows from the very basics of relationships…reciprocity. It is a naturally formed quid pro quo. In this case, the more that males and females differ, the more they get along. Problems arise when they become too much alike…when both wish to earn money…and then they both, essentially, want wives.
Yes, financial security is one of the things a woman must look for in a man if she wants children. A woman cannot be a woman unless her man will be a man. Just as male birds build their home, a female must look at how well he may fulfill his duties before she will pick him as a mate. A human female must do the same thing, and for the same reason…a woman must look for a man who will fulfill his duties as a man.
And, just as a female bird also looks at other male attributes, such as the volume and intricacy of his songs or the brilliance of his plumage, both of which indicate vibrant health and intelligence, so must women also look at other aspects of her potential mate. A man with at least average intelligence already knows this, and so, he knows he must prepare himself for the future by building his life to a level where he could provide a comfortable life for his future wife and brood (nest).
A man must look for loyalty in his woman, for without this, his life’s work will have been wasted. The man also must be sure that his mate has innate femininity, one who naturally has a giving and caring side, not only to ensure she will take care their progeny, but of him. This will allow him to work hard, as he knows he could recover at home under his mate’s care.
Were each to fulfill their respective roles, life would run smoothly. A problem occurs when one or the other “changes” mid course (they never really change…they merely unmask). And so, this is why it is so vital that the deep emotional bond of love exists before a final commitment takes place. This is the vital drive which keeps families together, and without which, everything eventually falls apart.
And so, so long as the man can assure the woman a good life, not only while they are together, but after his death, the woman then knows that her security has been met through her mate’s life planning, and she is then free to love fully. And it is love that drives her to want to care for her mate and their family. And, so long as the man feels his mate’s love through her caring, this is why he gladly sacrifices his time to provide.
Sorry for the long roundabout, but, this is why a woman must look at only viable mates from all angles before she commits her heart. This is why she may appear to be a good digger if she attempts to delve into the financial affairs of potential mates as a screening mechanism…she must, if she is to find her happiest life.
However, the man, if he is to have his happiest life, must screen out his potential mates for gold diggers…the women who prioritize money, and so, her level of comfort in life. Just so long as he understands a woman’s need to find out if he can provide a decent life for them, if he is particularly wealthy, he could initially hide most of his wealth and just portray himself as someone who can provide a modest, but secure future. This will ensure he attracts the right woman, and for the right reason.
And so, in this manner, both, the major fear of women (lack of financial stability), and that of men (being taken advantage of financially), can be alleviated…or at least mitigated, from the beginning. With the ground then becoming fertile, their relationship may bloom under the warmth of love…and so, why large age gap relationships are not only possible, but in many instances, actually do work.

If age wasn't an issue, then why is it you rarely (if never) see a filipina lady in a relationship with an older filipino dude twice or more her age? -- Fast forward to 5 yrs in the future. Those same filipinas moved to the west or have a decent job. Do you think they'd date or get involved with an older guy? Hardly unlikely. They're mostly seeking guys same age or close. I've worked with lots of filipinos/filipinas. And the single filipinas mindset is same as western women. They go after the same age. Unless the old guy is loaded with the benjamins.

@@stk7308 Actually I am familiar with quite a few older Filipino men with age gap relationships, even a well known woman from wealthy family … and actress married to 25 year older. Name Beauty Gonzales

@@FlyMeToThePhilippines OK. So there is a 25yr gap between them. But he is also a successful businessman. So money marry money. I guarantee if he was a regular Joe, working a 9-5 job and earning minimum wage or even slightly above. She never entertain his broke-ass. Also, Her relationship a.k.a. Love story touched the ticker of many fans. Which is a huge publicity boost for her. Being a successful businessman, she knows he can maintain her lifestyle should her career tanks. Bottom line? I'm sorry but there is nothing you can say that will convince me that money is NOT the deciding factor.

I know Chrissy got her marriage annulled. Was Cha cha married before to the father of her daughter. If so did she also get an annulment? Just curious. I’m not religious so having a child out of wedlock doesn’t bother me and wouldn’t be any of my business anyway I only ask because if she is still married the impact on her new partner could be difficult or even dangerous.

An extremely high proportion of filipinas would describe themselves as religious, and a high proportion of filipinas have children outside of wedlock (and often when pretty young.) The insistance of the church in blocking any meaningful form of sex education is a big part of the problem!

    Bugger me, she is pretty.
Single mothers don’t scare me as long as I’m allowed to step in as the biological father. If a relationship with a single mother should work out, both she and the child should accept me as a full member of the family. I grew up with a stepfather myself, and he took on the responsibles as if he was the biological parent to my brother, sister and me.

Every man would like to date and marry a young girl, its human nature. In the Philippines the girsl are desperate to get a foreigner to either get out of the Philippines or even to get her gands on his pension. I have met countless Filipina in the USA and they say they would not even date a man 2 years older far less, 10, 20 or 30. It is just that for the Filipina, there is a lack of options.

If you want a simple Filipino who can only cook, clean, and bare children, then that's fine. If you choose a Filipino nurse working abroad earning $90,000 per year, then you've really hit the jackpot.

You found a Western Woman (American) that will cook and clean? THAT, in itself is shocking. You could put her in a traveling circus in the Side Show venue. It's sad. I have lost ALL respect for American women... and they wonder why they are turning 40 and still single. AKA, never married.

Practically all Filipina have at least 1 or 2 children, after being with a Filipino and realizing he is a waste of time then they are looking for a foreigner to take care of the other mans child.

We always hear that Filipino men prefer chubby light skinned Filipina girls.... But every dating site or vlog shows Filipina women with kid kids that are dark, slim and hott. You do not see the fat, light skinned girls on the dating sites or any vlog... My conclusion is that Filipino men prefer the thins dark ones just as much as western men. Just my observation.

You know, I am thinking to develop a bank account in the nearest future for my gf plus I am thinking to do some effective for “my” little daughter. In case I will die , getting sick or even if we will not get along well when we are together. I want her to be secure for at least 5 years. And my little daughter, well, she should start her life also in secure. What do you think about that?

Why do people always have to explain the age gap? because it is completely unnatural and is based on economics. If an older man or a substantially younger female would admit it instead of rationalizing with all the same tired tropes of "traditional values" I might disagree. Still, I would be less critical of their relationship. If you are an older man of course a young beautiful woman appeals to you and if you are a poor woman a man with money is better.
