Boots on the ground combined with online is how I met my girlfriend. I came to the Philippines then met her online in the Philippines then we met soon as after. All the others I met online before coming to the Philippines did not work out.

Another great video. Just signed up with Filipino Cupid after your survey. I put a lengthy "description" and lengthy "Seeking" . At the end I asked the readers of the profile to put the word "water" in a response, as advised by the "Filipina Pea". Only 1 out of 10 messages had the word in it. Another came back with "water" when I said they hadn't read my profile. I think in a way it separates the ones who are fluent with English from the ones who aren't because they had to read a lot of English to get to that point. A teacher was the only one to originally spot this. I am 74 and sitting back and waiting for a response to my profile gets them to decide if they want to talk to someone outside their age range.

When you said target rich environment, you hit the nail on the head when if comes to PI. Most of us Westerners are used to self absorbed, overweight, and entitled women who forgot how to be feminine. I tried some of those apps and like most got burned a couple times.
I met Mae in person at a function and a few weeks later she contacted me telling me she was interested. Like yourself I'm sure, I was shocked that a girl that beautiful would have an interest in me. I was there with someone else who I met in the US and went there to meet the family and it ended in disaster. It led to me meeting Mae so I take it as the price paid for it.
Your system is great for those who can't do boots on the ground here or have the dumb luck I did. Great job guys 👍

Patience is a good thing. I’m moving to Cebu in a few months. I’ve decided not to begin my search until I have feet on the ground. I firmly believe dating, in person, is essential. Don’t even know if I’ll use a dating app.

I’ve been on Christian Filipina just over three weeks now. Anything that went on for more than 20-30 messages ended up in them asking for money. Only one ended up with actual video. But still many things not making sense.
Over fifty contacts in that time. On the app so far forty profiles were deactivated. I’m assuming primarily because of scams.
    The search is exhausting.

She said she cant meet me when i said i can pay it if she agrees to meet me in person and lives with me. She said no. What a scam! She said shes a student in midwife in a college in ormoc. Interesting, I guess I got Bingo'ed the first time but not quite. I tlalked to my first girl in a penpal scenario but after couple weeks I did not hear from her, so i thought I was being ghosted so carried on. The second person I talked to then met did not go well for me. Then one day , the first girl (Filipina) I was talking to, came back and she apologized that we lost contact because she had to go to the Philippines for her brother's funeral (we both live in Canada). This was about a month later, so we began emailing each other again. After 6 months, we decided to meet and we did. She lived about 2000 miles away. Since then we hit it off and eventually got married. So I guess I got Bingo'ed the first time but did not know it!

Your lack of hypocrisy is refreshing. Vloggers typically champion _Boots on the ground_ , to meet women in person, and to forget about dating websites, yet they almost all met their wives online.
_Live My Ass Off_ and _Paul's Asian Adventure_ are noteworthy exceptions, having met their respective wives in the physical world instead of the digital world.

Why is having a partner who works 8-12 hours a day 6 days a week good?
I would rather support my partner on my $200k + year income for just 20k pesos per month.
Then we have all the time in the world to spend together as I am also a month on month off worker outside of Philippines.
This idea of supporting your woman or family being a red flag isn't conducive with old school values, where the man is the bread winner and the woman is the home maker. Isn't that why we come here in the first place?

These apps asked for to much money a month for their subscription and are full with a lot of fake profiles and scammers. It would be better if the service would charge the woman a membership fee per month also. Don’t subscribe to them.
