Thanks for saying you’re weight isn’t always the same and it just depends on how you feel and blah blah. I’m the same but feel like a failure sometimes if I can’t keep that same weight going.
Do single leg calf raises,straight, toes in,toes out8×10reps,3 times each position real slow,big stretch, hold and flex at top.but get a 3" diameter pipe and do em on the pipe so you can roll your foot for a big stretch and flex. this does wonders.screw the machines, there junk for calfs.i grew my calfs an inch this year.your welcome and good luck in the show.let me know about calfs.it could make the difference.
I met a heavyweight bodybuilder years ago. He has trained his calves with almost 900 kilos (1984 Pounds) and said "He would only notice something from the weight!"
