Nice workout I try to hit arms and shoulders every day especially after coming off of two ruptured Achilles lol 😂 buts it’s been 6 months now and back to running sprints and banging weights heavy now and I finally hit the 200lb club lol 😂 I’m 43 years old 5’1 and went from 170 to 200lbs of solid ass muscle and all natty. hey Dana. i wonder if you can help me. ive developed this strain that goes from the top of my forearm to almost my triceps. my left arm is really weakened when i try to do shoulder presses. i think i overworked my tendon with really heavy resistance bands doing lateral raises. my arm does not hurt unless i try to work my shoulders. i think the pulling down of the resistance band is what hurt my arm. does this sound right to you?
