So what if she's had plastic surgery? Some of you are so rude and to be that shallow can bite you in the ass. Shame on some of you.
I agree with your points but there's just something strange about people who look really fake and plastic, mostly to the point to where it's noticeable
Yeah but still, just because someone looks strange doesn't mean we need to make fun of them for it. I mean I know that's human nature and everyone including me is guilty of it, I just feel bad for her. That's all.
DarkwingsDesending :3 don't worry about 'em, low intelligent beings tend to pick on/judge people based on the first thing they see. it's quite good this way cos they're 'honest' about how they feel and they express it, so people with higher iq can avoid them completely :D
It also says a lot when they themselves feel embarrassed to serve the costumers those dishes. When the servers say "my clients didn't like this" and they feel proud of the changes, it really shows they care about the quality of their service and they work hard for their money. That kind of passion would really give me a boost to try my best in the kitchen to pay my employees. You don't find passionate quality servers like that at all restaurants.
Chappy’s face when he saw the makeover and the new menu. Basically all the new fresh changes. He just looks like he hates everything. It’s annoying since he was failing and has a new chance but he just looks ungrateful and like he would prefer to continue failing…
Chappy's update: Chappy went back to his old menu, he claimed the changes made by Gordon kept the loyal customers away. The restaurant was seized by the State of Tennessee and Chappy's closed due to non payment of taxes on Tuesday 18th June 2013. Chappy places fault on Gordon and Kitchen Nightmares for his business failing. He opened Chappys Bistro in the Almanett Hotel in November 2013 but this closed in October 2014 before opening Chappy's at 6106 in New Orleans which closed after less than a year. Aguvika because it’s never THEM it’s an outside source, they blame other people thinking Gordon will call out the other people then he calls them out and they don’t understand. Most of these head chefs are incredibly stubborn

Plus he never just “validates” their food lmao so why would they assume that’s what’s going to happen. They HAVE to stage portions of this for the cameras
Because this is a tv show and controversy=ratings. If you watched an episode where the chef and or owners were like oh crap we’ll change, it would be pretty boring honestly.

Fun fact: the majority of the kitchen nightmares restaurants close within a few years. Maybe Gordon was called in too late, maybe they fall back on old habits, maybe Gordon fixes the food but misses financial stuff in the back.
I can see why it closed down. I feel so disgusted of how moldy the foods are. People probably got sick from eating there. It's too bad that Chappy went back to his old ways. The restaurant could've been successful. The new menu looked so good.
@@Speederzzz Probably not. Sometimes creditors won't wait or work with business owners as they have been behind for too long or made too many promises to pay and then still not been able to. Like Leila's in Poloma, or Leona's in NJ. They showed paper work saying that they would not send anymore product until the previous was paid for in full. They were able to fix that place and probably got their debts under control. Leila's went under 5 months later as she was too far in debt.
Was closed in June 2012 a month after due to chappy owing the state taxes and his workers here are still owed thousands of dollars in salaries and tips. He opened another restaurant in another state only to have that shut down as well.

` McSkillet that’s exactly what I was thinking, when I first saw this episode. Though I think in that episode of regular show he said the 1980s called not 1984
Most of the people on this show are just too proud. If you’re failing, then your result is bad because you’ve been doing something wrong and that’s why you need help. It is stupid and ignorant to reject help and I would say, you deserve to fail. The most humble people, who actually take good, sensible advice, are the only ones who have a fighting chance to survive. I loved the Momma Cherri episode. Both her and her Chef were intelligent and humble and it was such a pleasure to watch.
I googled "Chappy's" to check and see if it was still open, and if Chappy was sticking to the new menu, etc... The first article was from The National Enquirer and I quote "It was truly a kitchen nightmare for me. Gordon Ramsay destroyed my business!" John "Chappy" Chapman continued on saying... "They (Ramsay's Team) assured me that my restaurant would become a hit. They said, 'Oh your business is going to be great, people are going to be standing in line to come in, you're going to love it, you're going to make a lot of money and everything's going to be fantastic!" Chappy also went on saying he had NO IDEA they were going to completely gut the inside of his restaurant and removing all of its "New Orleans Flair" etc... The whole 3 pages were just Chappy complaining on and on, not ONE time thanking Gordon Ramsay for attempting to help his failing restaurant. Chappy's restaurant closed 4 months after Gordon visited him, and he said he plans on suing "Kitchen Nightmares" as well! Ugh!
+Marissa Hammer Well chef Ramsey can renew the restaurant and redo the menu. But he can't change the people's way of thinking, hence if the restaurant fails, there is nothing that Ramsey can do anymore to save the place. If the chef doesn't change his ways, the restaurant will continue down the same path.
+William Signs Please correct me if my understanding is incorrect, but I was under the impression that Cajun cuisine originated from the marrying of Louisiana's local produce and fare with the cooking of the French that settled there. Bortolotti Pamela she’s actually a quite nice woman and knowing that because of her husband the place was closed i think she deserved better than that piece of a chef fail

Lol you can as long as you don't eat a bunch of it first. It's really up to the owner's discretion on whether or not they charge you for it I suppose, but reputation is important in this kind of business so they'll typically take the loss and try to please you somehow.
frankm5150 : I was always told that you should be careful in doing that because it insults the chef and you never know what was added when you get it back...ie : spit😂
I had a Gordon Ramsay moment. Im not usually picky with food but I made meatballs last night and I decided to just microwave them from the fridge and eat them and it was soggy and cold in the middle, and tough as boots and I said to myself "Absolutely disgusting." for some reason in a London accent. Thank you Gordon. FUCK FROZEN FOOD!
make a food total frozen is a bad thing to do, if you froze a raw steak, you have to wait until it "unfroze" naturally so you can cook it well. but during the wait for your steak to be unfroze, the bacteria will come faster due the soggy and wet condition. my suggestion is to wrap any meat you made and put it in fridge (not in frozen area), but only for 2 days, after 2 days, it will not be good to recook it
Wenn you make it in oven , it's alot better or at heard low fire and spoonfull water or oil and cover it couple minutes ! Microwave gives abnormal heat and dries the food , unhealthy and not equall heatening .
Vi Haze She could be, but I think she’s denied any sort of leadership roll because on paper Chappy is the legal owner of the restaurant and probably invested the money into the business and denies her direct co-ownership.

Yeah it's annoying because her looks have /nothing/ to do with the show :/ people are obsessed with image.
This show makes me respect the waiters/waitresses so much. They are usually the ones who sees the problems
Because they see the kitchen and customers.
And the ones who pays for them too
Because it's written in the shooting script.

Chef Ramsey not only saving resturants but also saving people's lives.
I googled "Chappy's" to check and see if it was still open, and if Chappy was sticking to the new menu, etc...
The first article was from The National Enquirer and I quote "It was truly a kitchen nightmare for me. Gordon Ramsay destroyed my business!"
John "Chappy" Chapman continued on saying...
Ugh!
+William Signs It doesn't come from Louisiana?
+Marissa Hammer Well chef Ramsey can renew the restaurant and redo the menu. But he can't change the people's way of thinking, hence if the restaurant fails, there is nothing that Ramsey can do anymore to save the place. If the chef doesn't change his ways, the restaurant will continue down the same path.
+William Signs Please correct me if my understanding is incorrect, but I was under the impression that Cajun cuisine originated from the marrying of Louisiana's local produce and fare with the cooking of the French that settled there. However, my knowledge might be vague if not incorrect all together so if you could please enlighten me, I'd greatly appreciate it.

Al Haqq why London accent? He is not english
"Scottish ascent" here I fixed that for you.
make a food total frozen is a bad thing to do, if you froze a raw steak, you have to wait until it "unfroze" naturally so you can cook it well.
but during the wait for your steak to be unfroze, the bacteria will come faster due the soggy and wet condition.
my suggestion is to wrap any meat you made and put it in fridge (not in frozen area), but only for 2 days, after 2 days, it will not be good to recook it
Wenn you make it in oven , it's alot better or at heard low fire and spoonfull water or oil and cover it couple minutes ! Microwave gives abnormal heat and dries the food , unhealthy and not equall heatening .
Al Haqq I’m not the only one
19:47 It amazes me that these places aren’t shut down by the health department. Damn disgusting!!
