@@TheHuntermoss Yes..there's only a handful (or less) of guys I can think of who combine that level of incredible technique with such feeling in their playing. those years Roy was reaching another level!!! I love "With Tenors of Our Time' and "Family" but on 2000's he was another beast.. that project with Herbie Hancock and Michael Brecker was something fantastic.
I saw this lineup in DC back in 2000 I think. I saw the first show of the weekend and ended up seeing every set they played all weekend. They were so smokin it was disgusting!
Hi Giveton, I found this video a long time ago on some foreign website that I don't remember. After I had seen "Circus" uploaded on RUclips from that same performance, I was on a hunt down to find the rest of the concert, haha. I do remember seeing a video of them playing Caryisms too. I will look for that one again and if I find it (hopefully, lol) I will send it to you!

Saw Roy perform at the North Sea Jazz Festival in Cape Town in 1999. I was 14. He was gracious enough to take a picture with me.
