  • It’s been a while, but I am back with another episode of In the Kitchen with the Dietitian. This is my next episode in my series on whole grains, I’m bringing you sorghum. It is versatile and hard to overcook. Sorghum is a good source of many phytochemicals, vitamins and minerals as many other whole grains are. I have included links to additional resources for recipes that you can use to incorporate sorghum and many other whole grains into your eating patterns. As always, variety is key!
