Had a 98 f150 4x4 with the 330 cid v8. Thirteen mpg and some change hand calculated. Installed a spectra cold air intake kit, one inch throttle body spacer and a single in dual out muffler. Over sixteen mpg hand calculated after all that. Once I got done playing with the new throttle response feel. No that don't seem like much but I took all I could get out that coil eating hunk of junk.
