Best espresso martinis I’ve had (other than my own lol): herradura (what I think is the best tequila brand) sent a rep to come to a bar I used to work at. He made an espresso martini with their reposado and added a pinch of salt. Completely Changed how I viewed making cocktails. a bartender I used to work with made me one with Plantation Dark Rum. Also incredible, would love to try again with their pineapple Dark Rum. I understand the use of cold brew because of how much work/inconvenience it is to get espresso. My recommendation? Get a big moka pot. It makes espresso that’s not as strong as a machine’s but it’s much bolder in flavor and creamier than cold brew and gives your cocktail better foam and will give you a lot of espresso at one time rather than a machine that’ll give u little by little. I make my own coffee liqueur with vanilla extract, dark brown sugar, sweet vermouth, fernet branca, and a few other ingredients. Also infuse ground coffee in some vodka. 2 ounces of that coffee infused vodka, 1oz of my liqueur and 1oz of moka pot espresso. I had a few people say they didn’t like it but the vast majority did. Thanks for reading my rant lol.

This is because spirits under 21,5% can be purchased at 18y/o, while anything 22%-60% has a minimum age of 20 (spirits above 60%ABV are typically not possible to aquire in Norway, unless you are a scientist or ask the government to specifically allow you to import it). Vodka espresso martini is a big no in my books, classic is with Gin for me, Bourbon or cognac is superb too, just a different vibe. The fun part is playing with the coffee type pairing.

Sorry to see that you’ve decided not to include recipes anymore. My “more…went from sponsor acknowledgements to links to other videos to the word “Recipe,” followed by nothing.
