I always watch the videos to the end . Your descriptions and history of each drink , your banter with Marius , your expertise are all amazing. Plus I screenshot all the recipe cards (or make my own if you don’t include them). Seriously, I have like 500 drink recipes in my phone and i can’t even drink , I am 16. I might need professional help.
One of my favorite after dinner / nightcap drinks is a little St Germain on ice with 2-3 dashes of orange bitters, and I also prefer Gin, so the Elder Fashioned sounds right up my alley.
Eeyore's Requiem ,Kanga Revered, and a Toronto with Maple Syrup... because it's Canadian. These are my three favourite stired cocktails - this month. There is Cynar 70 proof that is amazing and an ingredient in the Kanga Revered. It is a Patrerson House cocktail - in Nashville.
Thanks to you I'm a bit poorer now as i just ordered some essentials for cocktail making. You brought me into a deeper world of cocktails besides Pina Colada and Sex On The Beach. I can't get enough of the part where you poure the cocktail in the glas! Keep on making those wonderful videos. And yes, I watch most of them till the end.
Nice cocktails from a "Mr. Orange". We took those nic.names the same time the movie came. And uses then on rc-cars as diriver names. The one with cointreu will be stired as soon as I can. -Regards from Sweden 🇸🇪🍸
love it! didnt realize it was vincenzo errico who also did the redhook. as per usual, thanks for the history lesson. and im thinking of trying Mr. Brown with liquor 43 instead of the vanilla syrup!
the Black Manhattan and Red Hook are both a delight my favourite Manhattan variation though is a Longshoreman, kind of a hybrid between the other drinks mentioned
Leandro I adore stirred cocktails and these are all outstanding! I can't wait to make these again and enjoy!! Perfection!! 🙂I love the long videos!! Oh that spectacular Red Hook!! Hey your visit to Italy sounds amazing!! These are the best!! Thank you so much!!
4:38 that's actually Tarantino himself who is comlaining about being Mr Brown. Steve Buscami is given the name Mr. Pink which he in fact complains about later
Isle of man uk Islands here..Sending you a big o'l "Hey Boy"......(traditional Manx greeting), Always watch till the end as you just have a great way of making my cocktail journey of discovery not only interesting but tasty as well!.....Thanks' for the upload i'll bee trying a couple of these as well as the flavour profile looks like it might fit my pallet. Keep em coming! :O)
While I subscribe to and watch many cocktail channels around here, I can unequivocally say that I go back and pause on the recipe cards on your videos, more than all the other channels combined. There's always something interesting or unknown for me here. Love the lesser-known stirred cocktail push you're on right now.
Only discovered Black Manhattan's this year, and they rocketed to the top of my list. St Germain is now on the shopping list as it's mentioned in a few recipes. I always watch to the end!
I stay until the end! I love your videos--the history, education, your opinion. Just wanted to say thank you. With this video specifically, I like that there are great stirred cocktails, bc sometimes I don't feel like shaking 😅. I love the Joy Division as well! So good! Thanks again for your content.
I'm already into the Black Manhatten tonight. That's one of my favorites. I've put the Joy Division on deck for tomorrow night. I hadn't heard of that, but is sounds amazing. I'm in!
I think this might have been my favorite of your videos so far. I legit want to make all of these. Now I just gotta buy a couple of bottles... looking at you Averna and St. Germain. xo
Watched it again. More interesting the second time thinking about the flavor combos. Hope I can find some minis of the things I don’t have to try before buying a huge bottle. Again great variety here. EDIT, made the Division Bell ('cuz I had some absinth and Grande Marnier. Use a grapefruit garnish (no orange) Hendrick's gin, Blanc Dolin (out of the dry). A very RICH cocktail. A great alternative to a Medium Martini, richer, orange notes and the herbs of the absinth are a subtle improvement. Nice KEEPER addition to the Martini resume! THANK YOU!!
You are a Masterclass in a glass, stirred, not shaken, because you are as smooth as a quality vermouth when instructing the huddled masses in the fine art of tending bar. Who would not watch your videos to the end?! I watch each and every video, with relish (and sometimes mustard - Grey Poupon, Mais Oui), even if you're not giving away something more than your expertise, experience and intellectual property. So, when's the next giveaway...?
Always watch till the very end! Even added some cocktails to my "Need to Try" list. These are very approachable cocktails, pumped to try and share! Keep it up both of you! I also have been very satisifed by the editing recently, scene changes and such. Thats good stuff too. Keep it crispy guys! Cheers!
I do watch your full videos, as always! You guys were my inspiration in just pre-covid times, being 2020 the year I've watched all of them, and even live ones! Keep it up
Hey, I watch all your videos all the way through, regardless if the cocktails are stirred or shaken. Keep 'em, comin'! Keep up the great work!
Ditto
Yeah he does a great job
Stirred cocktails are my jam.
No, the video was not too long. These recipes look great, I’m going to try a few this weekend. Thanks.
Love stirred cocktails. No issue with the length.
Black Manhattan is my go to nightcap, but I’ll definitely be trying a Mr. Brown this evening! Thanks for the inspiration as always!
The elder fashioned is exactly what I’ve been looking for.
A stirred, gin centric drink, that doesn’t require vermouth. Thanks!
Black Manhattan is my go to stirred cocktail order!
Stirred cocktails are the best!
you inspired me to learn more about cocktails and i’m even attending a cocktail diploma course soon! thank you!! 🙏🏻
It never really crossed my mind not to watch a video because it's featuring stirred cocktails. Good job.
I watch all the way all the time. I'm currently two weeks sober, just because but still look to improve my skills through you. Keep it up guys
I always watch the videos to the end . Your descriptions and history of each drink , your banter with Marius , your expertise are all amazing. Just mixed up the Mr. Brown....delicious!! Perfect way to end the week.
I prefer stirred cocktails most of the time. Thanks for doing this video. Doing the gin old fashioned tonight.
Black Manhattan is my favorite cocktail.
Love me some stirred drinks, now I have to pick one for the evening
One of my favorite after dinner / nightcap drinks is a little St Germain on ice with 2-3 dashes of orange bitters, and I also prefer Gin, so the Elder Fashioned sounds right up my alley.
Stirred are the best IMO!!
I LOVE stirred cocktails. They appear to be more "sophisticated" to me.
I watch the whole video and let it play the next, also I need my bar to carry more of this stuff so I can make these drinks. Great content as always.
Thank you for making this video. I enjoy myself a stirred drink over shaken. The complexity of them stands out so much more. I enjoyed this video
I'm still here. Keep them coming and I'll keep watching.
Thanks to you I'm a bit poorer now as i just ordered some essentials for cocktail making. You brought me into a deeper world of cocktails besides Pina Colada and Sex On The Beach. Nice! I am a big fan of stirred drinks, and appreciate the reminder to try that Black Manhattan!
That Mr. Brown sounds amazing. I need to get some vanilla syrup to try it this weekend.
You made some really interesting cocktails in this video.
Besides stirred cocktails saves me some ice compared to shaken cocktails.
Nice cocktails from a "Mr. Orange". We took those nic.names the same time the movie came. And uses then on rc-cars as diriver names. The one with cointreu will be stired as soon as I can.

Yep, Joy Division is great. Having one right now. I've always been a fan of stirred drinks. Thanks for the tip
I watched until the end, friend. Stirred cocktails deserve more respect.
I find you videos entertaining and informative. I always watch to the end, but sometimes I stop to do other things.

I'm still around! I look forward to trying all of these
Need to make more stirred cocktails, most of mine are shaken or layered. Hope to get into making smooth stirred drinks!
I like the side by side transitions in the video, looks great!
4:38 that's actually Tarantino himself who is comlaining about being Mr Brown. Steve Buscami is given the name Mr. Pink which he in fact complains about later
Thank you! I was like I'm pretty sure that's not right....

This guy is amazing. Just had a private class with him. HIGHLY recommend! 👏🏾👏🏾👏🏾
Thanks Roland!
I always watch to the end. You do the most interesting ones at the end.
Appreciate the long videos👍
Great video. I love stirred cocktails, preferably whisk(e)y as the base spirit, but Gin, Rum, Mezcal...also delicious.
For a few months Hobart's Evolve bar (Tasmania) served the Green Hook - basically a Red Hook with a spike of Laphroaig. Takes it to another level.
Steve Buscemi was Mr. Pink, Quinten Tarantino was Mr. Brown.
The clip they showed of the movie explained the honest mistake perfectly fine already.
Why was Buscemi Mr Pink?
@@GeoffreyScott571 well, I think the answer to that violates youtubes tos.
Who was Bruce Willis
@@GeoffreyScott571BECAUSE HE'S A... yeah, we can't yell that any more.
Been making Red hook at home for a while hands down my favourite Manhattan variant ❤️ love the video as always
Love the fact those recipes call for more or less staples in my bar. Cant wait for the sunset!
Leandro, we need a video of your Gin Old Fashioned creation! Always looking for variations to play around with.
Stirred cocktails are my favourite.
Loved this edition, and yes I watched all the way to the end as I usually do!
Stayed to the end, those were banger recipes. Thank you so much. 🥃
I love the long vids, and especially the stirred drinks! The depth, layering, and texture of the stirred ones just can’t be beat. Keep ‘em coming!
Totally agree. I rarely drink shaken cocktails.
The black manhattan is one of my all time favorite cocktails across spirits.
Stirred cocktails are amazing. Thank you guys!

Orinoco bitters in place of angostura in the Black Manhattan gives it just a *bit* of a boost. Plays off the Averna very well.
Great Cocktails. Many of those are in regular rotation at my home bar.
A lot of us watch the videos to the end! And I love stirred cocktails for their simplicity and allowing a few ingredients to shine through.
Nice combination of cocktails.
I enjoy your longer videos keep up the great work
I also enjoy a gin old fashioned. Try one with lemon syrup and orange bitters, sometime. It's delightful.
Thanks for these! As a home cocktail hobbyist I enjoy finding new recipes to try as I build my bar. Can’t wait to give these a try!
Watched the whole video and can’t wait to try these!

Made myself a gin old fashioned for the first time last night. It was delicious I almost prefer it to a whiskey old fashioned
These are exactly the kind of videos I like
Had 1 of these before, looks like I need to try the others.
I love the Elderfashioned! I've made it a number of times and it's always a delight! Quite an excellent twist on an old fashioned. Great video guys!
Here to the end! 😊
Hey! Always to the end!
I’ve got to try that Joy Division. It seems like the perfect drink for me! I’d also like to try Mr. Brown.
Definitely love the long format. It gives you more time to decide what to make next 😊 thank you so much for everything you’ve done ! Love from Paris.
