From Fieldy’s bass line to the bridge; arguably the heaviest breakdown in nu metal history. Sometimes I want to hear the craftsmanship of the music but in the end, I’m still listening to a therapeutic psychological breakthrough in trauma. Can I eat my crab ragoons and enjoy how heavy this is or do I have to cry?

This drummer is amazing but his style doesn’t fit as the old drummer did. This drum is more technical but not as much as a grove drummer but to each his own. I love this song actually this whole album, it reminds me of my brother who passed away in 2000. He introduced me into korn back in 93 or 94 way before they became huge. My brother was a world champion boxer and he would get free cd’s of up in coming bands from a record executive who was a huge boxing fan .

If you've been abused, you can't just bury it, or it will resurface in other, more harmful, self-destructive ways, and destroy you from the inside out. I speak from personal experience, that is why I love Korn's music so much. It's theraputic, cathartic, for him to write about and sing about his trauma, the 1st step in starting the healing process is dealing with it and working through it in your own way. John's lyrics and music have also helped me heal from my own trauma, and has helped so many others too. I am thankful they made this song, it let me know I'm not the only one, I'm not alone.
I think it's his shadow work. it probably helps him face his trauma.. of course it's not good if it makes him relive it, but I believe it's like therapy for him.

Because alot of people (such as myself) have been through the same shit growing up and as die hard KoRn fans we relate so much to this song and we feel the same feeling that Jon feels when hearing this song . That's why he wanted to performed it live.
He sang it live so that way others who lived the same life he did, and suffered like he did, could realize they aren't alone. The last time he sang it live was back in 1995. And sometimes it's better to let the anger, hate, and suffering out before a breakdown happens like in the studio version where he was just sobbing towards the end, saying that he hated the person who did it do him.
