Does anyone realize that the man featured in this trailer (inside Big Ben firing his weapon) is Major Coats, Anderson's right hand man whom appears during the final battle in London on Earth during Mass Effect 3.
This gives me shivers honestly. After the Fall combined with Toby's voice makes a beautiful piece, to add there's the theme of crisis and war but the whole music piece gives a sense of hope, hence the story line of Mass Effect 3 but despite all the funny bits like the "shoulder massage of death" it's still amazing

Now he's blinded, and there's a laser beam that he should probably see, too late. Shoulder massage of death. Laser beam of death makes EXPLOSIONS of death. For every zombie that you kill in front of you, there's one behind you with a shoulder massage of death. On the bright side, they're free. On the dark side, they're deadly. Deep tissue. Flashback to a sunflower field where it had begun. Then something blots out the sun. It's the first of the Robot-Insect-Aliens (not to be confused with ladybugs) that shoot at the ground. When you chased that ladybug it probably angered all the insect lifeforms around. Now we'll fade to black when the insect leaders start to burn everything down... Toy that started this, and now Shepard is pissed. Robot zombies, looking evil, see you watching. Girl looks scared, guy looks unphased. He walks ahead and gets his shoulder weapon ready. Sunflowers haven't seen the sun. You should wear helmets. But then they couldn't see all the faces that you're making when you kill them with EXPLOSIONS. Your foot. Bullets, Omni Uppercut. Normandy, Seth Green. Omni Lowercut, more bullets- TAKE! Don't massage my shoulders or I'll EARTH you in the spaceships flying BACK. ATTACK! What the hell is that? 😢 mass effect is hands down one of the most personal, touching, emotional game series ive ever played...to go back and play it for the first time again would be amazing...
Agreed…you said it well…I’ll never forget the emotions and experience of the first play through. It’s beautiful to replay it but it’ll never capture the initial experience.
I miss Mass effect 3 yeah yeah say what you want about the endings but the gameplay, the story i just loved everything about it.....except the endings of course.
The trailer is meant to portray humanity's struggle to regain their home planet, being Earth of course. Plus, depending on the choices you make, some of those races may not make it to the battle for Earth. Humans and Reapers are the only two constants for that fight I'm afraid. Hopefully that answers your question sufficiently.
Still the the humans aren't the only people suffering from reaper attack, all the other races are affected to, plus in the campaign some of the races taking the fight to earth are mandatory so this trailer isn't all that literate.
Have you played the game? there were plenty of aliens still alive to battle the Reapers and at end cut-scene it shows the result of the other races struggle, and some of them are more badass than humans so them dying out early is a little hard to believe.
