Interesting, If you're looking for a Canadian beta tester I'm your operator. I fly one or both of my drones over stretches of water daily. So. I’m looking forward to the next version where the comments and feedback have been incorporated. My thoughts, which re just that .. mine .. The camera specs are almost an afterthought, given where most of the competition is … though I’m glad there is a log profile. Will be interesting to see what actual dynamic range etc etc is . I like the robustness of the drone, battery life, wind resistance etc … the remote payload delivery is a nice gimmick, but would have gladly swooped the payload for a heavier, more capable camera with a larger sensor size. Delivery release is very niche .. One true tell of how well this drone does is - what’s the price point …
Thanks for the feedback - Yes the Aeroo Pro is built to be used for much more than just it's camera. You can check out the current price here: aeroodrones.com/products/aeroo-pro

I mean everyone comparing this to DJI and yes I get it back at the same time this seems to serve a different market. Sure it has a camera. But show me another dji that can do payload stuff for this price point. If these folks keep at it and focus on image quality and the consumer camera market I'm sure they can come up with a badass lineup for that too. Not to take away from the camera system that this has cause I'm sure it's quite good. Not to mention they are already on the super long af flight time which is impressive. Looks to be very well made and i would sight unseen take this over some of those exo drone pieces of garbage any day.

This honestly seems more like a presentation from 2010 rather than 2024. Not a single feature made me want to ever buy one of these. Seriously, who is this for? Why would anyone buy this over Autel or DJI?
Our drone is built to be strong, simple and powerful, it's not for everyone but unlocks many applications and use cases that can't be achieved with a DJI/Autel in our price range!
Was gonna say, this thing looks like a cheaper Amazon toy dron, but to be fair, it's $900. It's not overly impressive in terms of specs or build quality, but for only $900, it's honestly NOT too bad. If this thing went on sale for like $749, or like $899 for the combo, I'd definitely buy one. Something I'll be keeping an eye on...
@Aeroo_Drones I'll be keeping an eye out. $1,000 is kind of a lot for an unproven system new to the game, but if the price drops, that may just be enough to take a gamble. The kit seems like a decent value if this performs as claimed. DJI has a proven history, but every company has to start somewhere. I find it hard to believe a NEW company can compete with DJI on pricing AND quality. Once some people get, and use/abuse these drones, it'll be interesting to see opinions on how they perform, and pros/cons, and whether we now have some ACTUAL competition. My DJI drones absolutely excel at the things they do, but they serve their purposes. Interesting to see a drone that claims to be "multipurpose", especially if it had third party APK support for things like mapping, and can be paired with accessories, like RTK units.
Looking forward to some DJI competition, but this isn't there yet, mainly the camera quality is terrible, looks like flying low budget iPhone/GoPro footage. If you manage to get the GH7''s sensor onboard or something equivalent that would be real progress. I actually like going back to the traditional remote where you can connect an iPad mini, non-folding isn't a deal breaker, and overall it looks like a solid first offering as long as it also does not have geofencing. The main problem is the image quality. Hopefully this brand survives and thrives, I'll be back when the camera improves (greatly).

We definitely can't compete with the research and development of big companies like DJI, and nor are we trying to. Our focus is on offering a versatile product for various use cases.
Our drone falls into a slightly different niche with our release mechanism - mainly used for fishing. The Aeroo Pro is built with a solid one-piece reinforced frame to ensure maximum strength and durability across multiple applications. We know this design may not suit everyone, but it’s crafted to serve its purpose effectively 👌🏼

Pretty sure the not being foldable is a fair trade for someone who’d appreciate weather resistance

ok, now I'll have the voice of this guy saying Aeroo PRO for the rest of my day.

I own a dji air 2s …… but this drone looks like it had a lot of work put in…. Amazing product and i hope it sells great ✊🏾🎉🎉
Thanks for the kind words Emmanuel 😊
Interesting, If you're looking for a Canadian beta tester I'm your operator. I fly one or both of my drones over stretches of water daily. My focus is film and photo, I fly manually almost 100% of the time with obstacle avoidance turned off, often with very tricky planned movements. I do believe a 12 mp camera can compete under the right conditions.
im just happy there is competition

for me this is drone like the DJI Air 3 but the Aeroo Pro cant fold. Keep going!
Hi Fefe,
We appreciate the encouragement!
The Aeroo Pro is built with a solid one-piece reinforced frame to ensure maximum strength and durability across multiple applications. We know this design may not suit everyone, but it’s crafted to serve its purpose effectively - especially in the drone fishing niche 👌

This has a MUCH higher payload than the air3 and an automatic release mate. As someone who owns both they're quite different drones with different pros/cons eh this is a purpose-built fishing drone
Glad to see new drones, from a different company than the one banmed
Thanks for checking us out milugar! 😊
built-in payload release is great. wish dji would do it too.

I feel like we are back at the beginning of the drone revaluation!
Staying focused on what makes drones fun 💪
Im all for dji ! , have you seen how short their vids are ! They can probably market with just shorts !
Hi Wayne,
Did you know DJI also make longer introducing videos for most of their drones as well? They're great!
We also make shorts too! Check them out and let us know what you think👌
well 1st drone from the new company but at the best features .great , looking forward for more ..
Thanks puneethff4927 🙌
It will take more real world testing .. but.. it has an opportunity to fill a niche market for a certain delivery system at a much reduced price that what is available commercially at present. A 1kg payload is the feature most would be looking for.. that and range, stability, reliability.
There's always more testing to be done Gorillaman! We currently mainly sell into the drone fishing niche. We think our drone is a great option for those looking to use it's payload, range, stability and reliability like you've mentioned 😊

People of course going to compare this drone to the market leader DJI and yes, I see parts Aeroo Pro can improve too. DJI is Chinese though and people that follow geo politics understand that is not a good thing. The release system is a great invention with lots of potential. I support this innovation, whether small or less feature packed, u made all the way through this, and i dont like comparing with dji like everyone doing.
We need more companies handle the game and pull the trigger. So refine.. refine.. refine, update & re-do.. never stop... make it available..better
Appreciate your work 🔥
lots of love from INDIA ❤
Appreciate the kind words 🙌
Seems like a step back other than payload issue. No 360 deg obstacle avoidance. seems like just forward, downward and maybe rear cameras but nothing above. Non-foldable. All the features we want and have. So need to prove why this is better, please. Need more info.
or give it to some known drone reviews on YT so we can see how they compare. With DJI on the fritz the drone community is looking for the next solid replacement, at least I am!

Thanks ANDJ! We'd love to see one in action over there 🎣

Flying a drone with a payload system is legal in the UK.
Drone laws are different in every country, so we always recommend checking out the local laws to ensure you're fly your drone safely and legally 👍🏻
I love the payload system. If it was 2 kg, that would be awesome, if it was under 1000 usd, id buy it just for that purpose.

when you release the payload does it also drop the cable that holds it? it would be a shame to have to keep replacing that cable…

No, the cable (or fishing line if you choose to use that) is still attached to the rest of the line with a 3 way swivel 😊

Finally a competent competitor to DJI. Now that it's being banned in the US
Thanks for checking us out mancerrss 🙌
If DJI is banned, then this is not a competitor. It is a monopoly.
Hi brennan,
Hopefully we'll see you around if we have a sale 😉
Thanks for checking us out!

The Aeroo Pro is also not geofenced.

@@Aeroo_Drones Sounds great, I hope you move into the higher end camera space, it's a big market especially with the possible pending ban of DJI and Autel drones. It looks like it already has the right components to lift a bigger camera, I'll definitely be back if the camera improves.
