For me, the best Bowser Castle has to be the Super Mario Odyssey's version. Western-styled lava castle is getting a bit repetitive and boring, and Bowser decided to go full weeb and makes a completely different theme! Just look at all of those buildings and stuff, it's gorgeous! Beautiful puffs of clouds, japanese-styled ornaments, and overall everything in this kingdom are just makes me go "WOW"! Not even mentioning those Pokios and Stair-faced Ogres are great enemies as well. You can even be a samurai and go climbing those buildings or look at Peach in my favourite outfit (Kimono). Overall, I loved it.

There was something beyond ironic for me, seeing Mario (an italian stereotype created by a japanese company) walking around in Samurai armour.
The layers of irony and hilarity that result from that one world are difficult to put into words... XD

i completely agree. it was nice seeing nintendo go back to their roots and give bowser a less eurocentric looking castle. it was my fav kingdom in the whole game and was so fun to explore. very refreshing.

If I would pick one it would be „Neo Bowsers Castle“ from Dream Team Bros. It looks pretty sick, got awesome music in the background, and test all what you have learned through your journey. And the Final Boss is just Epic. The Final Boss theme is done by the same Composer than the one from the Kingdom Hearts Games😍

My favorite Bowser's Castle is the Great Tower of Bowser Land. My favorite characters from Mario have always been Bowser and Bowser Jr. So when I first saw World Bowser, I went crazy. The level starts out with you looking at Bowser's giant, circus themed castle, only to see a weird black building on top of the castle. You look and see it's a gigantic tower that stretches hundreds, if not thousands of feet in the air. Then, you ride on some sort of weird platform down to the roof of a part of the castle. After making your way throughout the roof, you finally make it to the tower. Bowser arrives and uses the Super Bell on himself. Then, you are in an autoscroller where you have to avoid Meowser (Bowser) while climbing up the tower. After you hit a Pow Block, you go up a pipe and see that Meowser used a bunch of Double Cherries on himself. Then, you make your way up the remaining part of the tower and have to dodge lots of Meowser clones. Once you reach the top, you have to avoid lots of fireballs and hi that giant Pow Block enough times to defeat Meowser. Not only is this my favorite Bowser's Castle, but it's my favorite location from the Mario universe.

The best Bowser Castle imo is the one from Mario & Luigi: Bowser's Inside Story for the DS (recently remade for the 3DS). The interior is unlike anything I've seen before. Fawful heads pouring out Bob-ombs on a conveyor belt that's moving towards you, a whole food room where Fawful tricked Bowser into eating his food and made him fall through his own floor, and Bowser even FOUGHT his castle.
