I've tried to contact all of the people that made the battle network TAS' on nico nico, but to no avail. I'm not particularly surprised because they are pretty old videos. You can try and contact them through nico nico as well if you wish. The original nico nico videos are in the description.
yeah, sorry about that. The original video I uploaded was not like this, but youtube has a set bitrate that it changes all videos of certain resolutions to, so when it deemed this video as 240p, it cut the bitrate tremendously which resulted in the bad quality. Not much I can do about that. Sorry
