Humans can never play this well. It's a TAS. Meaning they can slow it down to 1fps if they want, use savestates to replay any part as many times as they want, and use a program to input actions faster than a person is able to.

Shouryuken 昇龍拳 25:24 I remember the videogame magazine Super Game Power back then taught how to get the shouryuken, using the fire and a lot of accuracy to pass the spikes! These guys did it without the fire, making that looks as easy as jump and run!
i like the bosses and armor upgrades better too. X1 has a little bit more polish, little things like the order you do stages in actually changing features of the stage, being able to destroy parts off the Mavericks like Armadillo’s armor or Mammoth’s trunk. Stuff like that. Better story, Zero’s sacrifice is an unforgettable moment. But yeah X2 actually had some nice improvements. The 2 of them are the best for sure.
My only major problems with X2 are the occasional lame stage designs and the dumb locations of many of its upgrades. Many of the upgrades require oddly specific movements to pick up and/or are hidden far from the player’s view, meaning it’s likely they won’t get the hint that there are upgrades around them. The X Hunter side quest feels half-assed and the X Hunters themselves aren’t super well-designed bosses, but I find it to be a nice deviation from the main game nonetheless.
TAS are kinda ironic. It's a perfect speedrun to finish the game as quickly as possible, but it takes a lot of time and work to make; much more work and time than if you play the game normally.
An important part of a TAS is making it look visually impressive, so if a trick costs you no time, you want to do it just to keep people on their seats.
I love TAS runs of Megaman because that's the kind of reaction time an android would have. Everything they'd do would be frame-perfect. Up until you start glitching out and everything, that's canon X.

I have a question: does the robots that have the three Zero's parts appear randomly in any stage in the map in any moment? I mean, if it were not so, did you chose Flame Stag as your third Maverick opponent only because one of those three robots was in its stage just after you beat the first two stages?
The X-Hunters switch positions when you leave or beat a stage. I'm honestly not sure whether their positions are determined by pure RNG, or whether the positions are set depending on certain variables. I've played this game many times, and rarely do I actually go for the X-Hunters in the main game, because it's really more of a chore than it's worth.
They're predetermined, I think based on what bosses you've killed. My route is always gator -> crab -> ostrich (violen) -> centipede (serges) -> snail I think? (Agile). Also they'll start disappearing as you kill more bosses. Violen leaves after your 3rd boss, and so on. You're basically already fucked after you miss him because you need all three parts though. As soon as you miss a part, you either have to fight zero or reset.
Theyre not pre determind and move around randomly but if u skip the x hunters violen surges and agile and defeat them in bosses of the level u lose the chance at getting zeros parts and fight zero at the end
Question: how viable is it to do Overdrive Ostrich before Flame Stag? I’ve always found it absurdly difficult to beat Serges without his weakness,Violen always starts there, and after wheel gator you don’t need anything else to obtain the items
Basically, it’s up to you, maybe you like to kill first the ostrich than the stag, to be honest, everyone is different and that also affects your experience in the game. Personally, I prefer to kill wheel gator first and then, use his skill to obtain as much items as I can, and then, I continue killing as I wish, my preferred order is gator, crab/ostrich, sponge, ostrich/crab, all the others but snail is the final one
