@@Spritus3241 There's still some balancing measures... - Dodging and blocking have a vulnerability window afterwards - Lock-on spells can be dodged, Sora makes a movement that hints that he's going to use a spell beforehand, you're gotta lose over half of your health if Magnega hits tho - Curaga isn't that effective, as shown with Terranort using it in that one boss fight in BbS and it not healing that much, and it isn't spammable either - Allies can be a pain, but those would be worth as a part of a DM
@@Bobsican I get what you're trying to say but I'm basing my groundwork of off what the player as Sora is able to do and technically what that means he's able to do based upon if you simply put a player in the shoes of the boss not unlike some particular dark souls bosses that use invaders. So the through line to understanding why it's unfair is like this: - If you run or dodge he thunders you and you can't dodge because you're already dodging/out of i-frames and he clips you intentionally. - If you attack him, he simply reacts by dodging/blocking your attacks as they come, letting you deal no physical damage. - If he's anywhere near 50% he can just curaga/hi-potion to full. If he has dream eaters they can cure him for free. - Depending on his allies, he always has D&G aggroed on you making it 3v1 or he has Summons/Dream eaters (again) who deal tremendous damage and can lock you in cutscene damage. All of this takes so much agency away from the player, that all of their available options are nullified therein making the boss Sora technically unbeatable and unplayable as you can approach him or even leave lasting damage to whittle him down, which lets be honest would still be a BS fight having to use gaurenteed hit magic but still save enough for when Sora immediately hits you or zaps you to heal. Essentially, you can't beat Sora because he's able to counter you specifically and punish everything taking advantage of your weaknesses during and starting any option.
@@Bobsican the thing about curaga, is that while it heals little health, sora always has very low health compared to everyone else, the only game where sora has more than 200 hp from bonuses alone (critical mode cuts health and mp by half) is DDD, and curaga only heals about 50% health with no boosts. but all the other points, including this one are fair, just think of as "if sora was a boss, his health bar would be that of vanitas reminant from bbs (which has curaga and it heals all of his health, thanks nomura.)".

Been having trouble with Data Xemnas's first phase. Thanks to this video I can kinda see how to go about beating him. Finishing plus and no combo plusses while reflecting his attacks. This just makes Sora ALWAYS do a finisher when Finisher Plus is stacked from memory. It's amazing how with TAS you can send the bosses to the shadow realm in half the time it takes to normally beat them.
Then again, if I was able to pull out a win with Anti Sora against Data Larxene of all people, then I'm sure this absolute beast of a human being wouldn't be slowed down by that anyway.
You can't get anti form when going into Final Form. Also can't get it if you go into any drive while not in combat. There was never a chance of him getting it because any Final Form transformation reduces the anti points by 10 which basically means to 0 anyway.

That's because this is a TAS run. TAS stands for tool assisted speedrun. The point of a TAS speedrun is to see how fast a game can be completed if a human being was 100% accurate for everything input they put into a controller for every frame of gameplay. I could go on but I think it's better if you find a video that explains it better than I can.

About 20m 50s approximately, I don't really remember much but that's the time between after activating the terminal and the final input. You can shave the time between the activation and the start of Luxord's battle, and then add some 2 - 4 seconds on the time of Larxene's death. Then you can get the RTA-ish timing of Data Org fights.

Its always satisfying to see Larxenes healthbar being deleted within a few seconds but the most satisfying feel goes to the frame perfect menuing.
