Cynthia Rothrock is good. Love her style. I liked when she worked with Richard Norton too.

I always liked her, we used to call her the "female Chuck Norris" and she never disappointed us, her form is awesome and she's a credit to the movie industry, I wish that there was more actresses like her now.

Reason why they called Rothrock the female Chuck Norris because she too sucked at acting and her movie were campy and god awful. Thank god there aren't more actresses like Rothrock in Hollywood.

@@mondovideostore Look, even Bruce Lee was a shitty actor. Personally I think most martial art actors suck at acting. Then again they're not being paid to be thespians but to look like they can kick ass on film. Higher the body count the better.

What you need to appreciate here is they didn't speed up the fighting. There were a few cutaway shots of specific impacts for effect, but this is two masters of martial arts dancing for our entertainment, in a market that generally still looked upon wire-fu and the sped up hong kong action scene as silly. Pushing the genre forward yet again.

It's crazy how Americans turned their back on her..She did over 36 action flicks and all they go on about is Segourney weaver and Linda hamilton.
Cynthia and Bolos son recently starred alongside Matthias Hues, Kurt McKinney, Billy Blanks and some younger cast in The Last Kumite. It‘s a bit like blood sport but on a budget since it was crowdfunded. I funded it too and also was on the set as an extra for two days. If you ever get to watch it and see a dude with a blue jacket and a hat in the crowd cheering, that’s me 😂
I saw this movie when I was a kid and It impressed me alot. Bolo in this movie is the hannibal lecter of martial arts. Awesome

Seeing the two of them fight each other is dream come true.
The first Tiger Claws movie had something special that the sequels definitely lacked, probably because they went the way of the supernatural, while the first was simply about a serial killer martial artist. Still, there was something almost mystical about this one .... perhaps because the killer didn't seem to have any kind of real life outside of chilling at the Tiger school and killing other fighters. Almost as if he was in this world but not of it, if that makes any sense. Or maybe it was the soundtrack, which was indeed incredible, especially the end credits track: "Tiger Spirit."

Cynthia kicked so much ass in this one. Shame that in the second film she was kind of put in a damsel in distress role, and by the third one she was all but gone. Bolo of course steals the show and it was cool they did a "redeemed bad guy" for him on the second film.

You can say what you want, but Cynthia had her best fights in the her asian Films. In "Tiger claws" the Fights haven't any Impact and the edit of the Footage isn't good.
