Easy Sweet Potato Taco Recipe :: Delicious like Sweet Potato Pizza :: Tortilla Recipe

It's a sweet potato that's delicious to eat as it is, but I made it into a more delicious snack.
The making process is very simple, but the taste is very good.
It tastes like sweet potato pizza, but not as heavy as pizza.
Crispy on the outside and soft on the inside, so delicious.
*** Measurements are scales (g), rice spoons (Tbsp), teaspoons (tsp) (not measuring spoons)
[5 pieces]
✤ Ingredients
- 250g Roasted sweet potato (or boiled or steamed)
- 10g Unsalted butter (can be omitted if the sweet potato has a lot of moisture)
- 1 pinch of salt
- 70g Onion
- 30g Red bell pepper
- 30g Yellow bell pepper
- 1 pinch of salt (when stir-frying vegetables)
- 50g (3Tbsp) Sweet corn
- 5sheet, 6-inch Wheat tortillas
- Tomato Sauce
- Mozzarella cheese
✤ Tips
- For sweet potatoes with low moisture, add honey and milk. (I used juicy sweet potatoes.)
- You can make it on a large tortilla and cut it up.

Onions tent to burn my mouth for some reason, but I’d love to try this. I do like bell peppers a lot, plus melted cheese is always a big resounding YES
Try soaking minced onion in water for about 5 minutes before using it. That might help release some of the stuff in the onion that burns your mouth but still allow it to have some of the flavor and texture of the onion. It might not help, but you never know, it could.
might be an allergy, not a doctor though so take this with a grain of salt
