- You can make a simple potato quesadilla with potatoes and cheese. It is really delicious even without ham or meat. Adding onions would make it even more delicious. You can change the ingredients inside of quesadilla to what you like.
Ingredient :
1. Potatoes
2. Onion
3. Mozzarella cheese
4. Tomato sauce
5. Chili pepper powder, salt, pepper, minced garlic

They are quite similar to "Samosa". The main difference between these and samosa is they are deep fried but these looks yummy too 🤤😋
I thought I was the only one who thought of it as Samosa lol
& samosa dont have cheese. only potato & maybe some vegetable + bread in deep freid oil

I made it today and it was yummy. Very similar to Indian Samosa but I liked this more. You don't have to deep fry like Samosa. Thank you for your recipe!

I know what you mean. I was fascinated by the ‘all-purpose flour glue' I will definitely be using that idea. I mean to say way back when the world was a lot younger we used to make flour glue for crafting. I’ve just got to try it. 😊
