- Goulash with Kassler onions and peppers. Hearty and tasty and goes perfectly with pasta or potatoes. When frying, use a stainless steel pan or iron pan so that a lot of roasted aromas can form when frying. I made a little more sauce (1 liter) for the video because I then process it into a goulash soup. I only used half a liter for the sauce.

350 grams of onions
A small pepper
2 tablespoons tomato paste
500 milliliters beef broth or beef stock
Some parsley
1 teaspoon each of paprika powder, marjoram, cumin
salt and pepper
