Suggestion: make the android switch people happy by figuring out a workaround for using swipe from the right into a back function (like a pixel). This is the most frustrating thing about switching. The pro max is way too big to swipe from left to right to go back. Next is how siri won't look anything up for me while i'm driving. All my families other phones will do it.
Thank you! I originally wanted to switch to long press of the power button from Siri to Google Assistant but found this wasn't possible. This is a great workaround/idea and does allow me to use both assistants on one phone too.
On the iPhone, I don't believe this is possible. You will have to say "Hey Siri, Hey Google" or "Hey Siri, Open Google Assistant" however if you have android this should work flawlessly
You might not have your phone updated. The app is on the app store as followed by these links: GOOGLE HOME: apps.apple.com/us/app/google-home/id680819774 GOOGLE ASSISTANT: apps.apple.com/us/app/google-assistant/id1220976145
Open settings then click on your apple id settings (the first item) then tap media & purchases then view account, select change region and change your region to United States.
I currently don’t have a 15 pro, but you should be able to go into accessibilities or settings and turn the action button into the map button. Basically same functions as this one, it’s just it will be map and your action button on the side.
You can switch Siri to Google Assistant. Show a QR code that people can join your guest wifi on this thanksgiving without having to type out the password and so many things tbh!
It seems that Apple has removed the Google Assistant from the App store. Desktop finds it, but phone does not find the Google Assisant. Thats one way to fight the already better competition.
This was such a great video; I've been trying to figure out how to do this for months! Thank you!
Glad it helped you out, your welcome!
Broo. Just say "Hi Siri, open google asistant" and it will work the same xD
You could do that
Great video. You explained it perfectly!

yes it switches to the app but it doesnt trigger the voice record.
You have to say "Hey Google" in order for it to work.
I don’t know why, but my page with Google Assistant in App Store is totally white! Have not button! nothing
Try uninstalling then reinstalling or log out of your account then relog-in and see if that works.
one more question. do you know how to setup google assist to start listening to a command right away without having to click the mic icon? cheers!

Yeah that was the main point. Click bait
It’s pretty useless if you can’t do that imo.

Your Welcome!
Can’t find Google Assistant on my App Store.
You might have to update your phone then see if you can download it from the app store.
Guess what,on my app store it doesn’t show….how can I fix this?
You have to have the apple shortcuts app.
Open settings then click on your apple id settings (the first item) then tap media & purchases then view account, select change region and change your region to United States.
I was wondering how to map it with 15 pros action button. Can you make a video on that?

@@BollyToHolly Great!
I have it set to my power button. I hold my power button and say hey google and it quickly answers. I hate the back tap crap.

What could I do it with

It’s right here apps.apple.com/us/app/google-assistant/id1220976145
Bro just change the region and it will appear on your App Store. Try changing it to New York.
Ok, but how to use Google Assistant with the lateral button, that’s actually everybody’s question
It's the same method but you will have to select the lateral button.
I did this with clash Royale 😂
YES DUDE!!!! Clash Royale FTW!
