Everything was secure and in good shape. No weird smells. The weight changing mechanism is really smooth and straight forward. Changing weight is really fast and easy. Though the handle is plastic, I don't think it will be breaking anytime soon. So far pretty impressed after my first session with them. I was afraid they were going to be too wide at first, but I didn't have any issues with them while doing upright rows.
I gave birth to my third almost 6 months ago and I’m so grateful to have found your channel ❤️ watching you guy’s workouts and motivation have helped me get back into remaining consistent and sticking to working out even if it’s just for a little while. What's great about working with dumbbells is that you can use them to tone and burn fat and build muscle mass, I always use a variety of dumbbell exercises when I'm teaching my students.

Full-length dumbbell workout videos are the best. Please make more. I got some adjustable dumbbells off of Amazon. They work just like a barbell. Save a lot of space. Thanks! Wish the video was one full-lenth series of the first routine.
