Plus, it's one of my favorite pieces of music given to us by the Gundam franchise. Please, never stop making these short films. Most American Gundam fans (myself included) were introduced to the franchise by the Gundam Wing anime dub on a television network called Toonami. Aside from the zakus feeling like they had no momentum from there weight at times, this is truely one of the best pieces of fan made gundam content i have ever seen, bravo

I would love for this and other sci-fi series from Japan get high quality fan work similar to what Astartes did with the space marines. (Hopefully it isn't nuked away like the numerous other warhammer fan works were.)

The guncannon and guntank’s cannon is actually really cool to me. I like the shaking and the powerful firing canon, feel like a battleship thirsty of its enemies’s blood
Very nice! I didn't see anything that was out of place or anything. The extra detail on the close up Zaku was very well done also with the weathering and surface detail. And the Guncannon's recoil and blast exhaust were nice touches too. 😋
@@Mokmaheim for a fan like me that only started watching the original series (i plan to watch the others too) you pretty much showcase how much of a savage Whitebase is. With how the animation back then is structured, i see it as unimpressive but this completely changed my mind Guntank and guncannon deserve this much love too!!
@@BeardedWolfKing First Gundam (original Gundam) is currently the top anime in the Gundam series. Unfortunately, I never saw it as a child and only watched it as an adult. As it is an old animation, the level of drawing is not very good, but the design has been renewed for generations to come, and it is still loved by a lot of people. First Gundam seems to have become a legend. Many fans have requested a renewal, but Sunrise has yet to respond.
This was simply beautiful, looks exactly like something you would see for a game or an in game cinematic! If this really was a fan made Cinematic, beautifully and amazingly done!

I love Guncannon. My first gunpla. I can imagine signing my life waiver off piloting it. I will survive and upgrade my meager rank, and my guncannon too, to the max, eliminate the recoil via beam weaponry conversion and add an assault rifle. I love my Guncannon
I like the way some of the tech was updated (like the defense guns on the White Base now being turreted CIWS rather than manned open mounts) and the added detail, but that really only makes the awkwardness of the original guntank stand out even more than it already did back in '79 :P.
This is legitimately one of the coolest fan made Gundam scenes. I would LOVE to see you do something similar with the GP02A Gundam (Mobile Suit w/ a tactical nuke!!!) from 0083 Stardust Memory. I would say do a hypothetical scenario of Gato using Unit 2 to nuke Jaburo like the Feddies all feared he would LMAO. That would be straight up next level.

Great, the ballistic firing effect are great, especially guncannon steam coming off. Also the firing of the mothership once again are great to show how powerful it really is. The background is in great detail. I like this sound 1:31, too late. I think everything is great , only the ms taking hits or dieing should be smoother, like falling faster on it's heels if no grip. and that's all.
