the rifle click click noise kind of bugs be cause these are giant mechs with enormous guns so the sound should be like two giant pieces of metal quickly colliding

That’s amazing the vfx sound effects animation green screen and editing was so good! The Camara angles movements and shots were also great and the set and lighting was fantastic! One of the best animations I’ve ever seen

Man this was amazing! I know you’ve got quite a bit of subscribers but I think your individual videos deserve a lot of attention. This was fantastic! As a Gundam fan it makes me really happy to see another stop motion animator with the same interest.

ガンプラブ一厶の時にガンプラが手に入らず、近所のおもちゃ屋に予約いれたり常にチェックいれたりして、やっとの思いで手に入れたことを思い出します。8才位だったので上手く組み立てできず、近所で有名な6年生のお兄さんに50円で組み立ててもらいました。
(確か、組み立て50円、プラカラー塗装あり150円)。あの頃はガンダムをめちゃ愛していたなぁ。そんな古き良き甘酸っぱい思い出を蘇らさせてくれる素晴らしい動画ですね。
一瞬で終わるシ一ンに手間暇をかけているのが感動です。

I am very pleased to have seen this show. You did very well. I loved the fight sequences. This could very well have been portrayed in the anime itself as one of the EFSF's operations to close the siege of the Zeon base, before the last episode of Gundam. Long Live to Earth Fedaration.
This is so great, Duckpondanimations! I love all of the set builds, the combat and flight animation, the sound design, and the vfx. So great to see the White Base crew kicking ass and taking names! I've only ever animated a short Iron Blooded Orphans video, but this inspires me to try to do something from the One Year War, maybe some RX-78-2 vs Zaku action or EZ-8 vs Gouf Custom! Cheers dude!

Y'know, I realize: over 70% of all Mass Produced Mobile Suit Destruction would not happen if they all decided to keep moving, especially in space
Are gundams full robot and have consciousness like transformers? Or do all gundam have someone inside to controll them?
Almost all of them have a pilot. I think there are some AI drones and some Gundams that are posessed by ghosts. But none of them have full on sentience as far as I can remember

Out of curiosity have you built any custom gunpla recently ? If so do you plan on making video's with them?
I built a Zaku I that had some extensive modifications and I'm currently building an aestivalis from nadesico. I Don't think I will be using any of my custom models in the videos. Since I hand brush acrylic paint and moving the models around for the video would ruin the paint. Why made the Zaku's machine gun that weak?
Because they're probably a Feddie Fan. Zaku machine guns can easily shred GMs and Guntanks. Only the RX-78 Gundam made them seem like toys.
Two questions:
1) Did you hand-draw each beam effect/muzzle flash/explosion yourself or did you use masks?
2) Which program did you use to do so?
Beyond that, all I can say is this and your ACE Combat are absolutely phenomenal!!

I'm new to your channel, subbed. I love the use of the Guntank, a mobile suit equipped with a small amount of thrusters on the bottom used for an assault in the interior of the Asteroid Base.
Gotta give that Guntank some love. It seems to be forgotten most of the time

Nice work on the VFX. But a lot of thrusters are missing VFX. Every mobile suit in this video has thrusters in the feet but no accompanying VFX.
