This condition is called “Xeroderma pigmentosum” and is a rare genetic disorder in which there is a decreased ability to repair DNA damage such as that caused by ultraviolet (UV) light. Symptoms may include a severe sunburn after only a few minutes in the sun, freckling in sun-exposed areas, dry skin and changes in skin pigmentation. Nervous system problems, such as hearing loss, poor coordination, loss of intellectual function and seizures, may also occur. Complications include a high risk of skin cancer, with about half having skin cancer by age 10 without preventative efforts, and cataracts. There may be a higher risk of other cancers such as brain cancers. This village (Araras) in Brazil has the biggest concentration of people with this condition and it’s passed on within families where the members of the same family have sex and generate children. This practice has perpetuated in this village, causing the condition to be passed on to four generations. To make matters worse, the villagers are mostly poor, uneducated people who survive by working on agriculture and cattle, exposing them to the sun and giving them skin cancer and horrific blisters. Back in 2009,people from all over Brazil travelled to the village to help the villagers with doctors, education and planting of trees to create more shade (cattle farming has destroyed a lot of vegetation in Brazil, specially in the state of Goiás, where this village is located.), but the main issue is the practice of having children with family members and I believe it will never stop due to lack of education, taboo and the fact that this is a small village where people have been having children with their blood relatives for four generations despite their pain and suffering with skin cancers, the loss of body parts and death. In some tribe in Guatemala, the sufferers of this condition die by the age of 10 years old, while in the Brazilian village you can find people with this condition who are over 70 years old. Perhaps they have more access to medical care than the Guatemalans… PS: This condition is the one that caused the two kids in the movie “The Others” (featuring Nicole Kidman) to die so young.
It is genetic. It is usually only possible to treat the symptoms, not cure genetic conditions. Now that they know it is genetic, they can take measures to avoid carriers having children together. The best outcome would be to eliminate the defective gene from the gene pool that way.

Reading the books of the New Testament, we probably asked ourselves more than once: *"Why 2000 years we do not see those miracles that accompanied the Сhurch of Christ in the I century, as described in the New Testament?"* Why do the so-called preachers of Christ have to prove that Jesus really existed and atheists boldly deny the historicity or divine origin of Christ? Maybe because the Сhurch of Christ has not existed for 2000 years? The Сhurch does not exist in the form in which it is presented in the books of the New Testament, but there are Catholic, Orthodox, Protestant and other christian sects claiming to be the place of the Church, but they not have the only thing that distinguishes the divine from the human and is characteristic of just the Сhurch of Christ -the reinforcement of the word with signs, that is, miracles (Mark 16:15-20). Therefore, some researchers doubt the historicity of Christ, and some of them are not opposed to declaring him a an ordinary philosopher, teacher. But even if Jesus were an ordinary philosopher, his disciples would be ordinary followers of Jesus. And they would not dare to write about the miracles that not only Jesus, but also his disciples, could perform. If there were the Church in our time as described by the authors of the New Testament books, where miracles are performed, the sick are healed, where prophesied, and the dead are raised, no one would doubt the historicity of Christ. Then there would be the same controversy throughout the world as in the first century - Jesus the Son of God or the false prophet who seduces the world by miracles. As a result, we can say that the emergence and development of christian sects and atheism was the result of the fact that over the 2000 years the Сhurch of Christ did not exist. Find *"The Mystery about the Church of Christ"* video on RUclips. The video reveals the prophecy of the disappearance and reappearance of the Church of Christ before the End of the World. In my country a lot of racist people are against interracial marriages because they are white supremacists, but at the end of the day interracial couples make particularly physically healthy babies because there is no consanguinity... On the other hand, mixed babies often have a quite high intelligence potential and we get lots of mental disorders such as depression and anxiety growing up 💀💀 ALL my biracial friends and myself suffer from these
The mental disorders are coming from recessive genes from the group that is severely inbred.
So, interracial breeding is not the solution either because the recessive genes are still being passed to the next generation.

Why don’t they cover up like they do in the Middle East. It’s hot in both places and after a few years of covering up, they could acclimate like people do, like in Saudi and etc
Not funny….
Don't diddle your relatives ...
So sad...hope they are feeling better....
I’d have compassion if it wasn’t due to inbreeding. I feel bad for the people who suffered from those who started it.
Real actual vampires...!!
