Maybe because she’s a dermatology consultant? She evidently treated some areas with steroids and also referred him to a specialist who focuses specifically on keloid diseases.

@@guesswhat-chickenbutt judging from the before and after, they probably had to pull the skin inwards to close the gap left behind from removing the bigger keloid
I bet that (the aesthetics) easily could bother him and others. Personally, with the pain and the look of the keloids, i would much rather prefer after surgery even with the nipples. It looks more refreshing to have those keloids out of there. It shows how much he has endured.
Being constantly itchy and in pain sounds like a true hell. I'm glad he's already feeling better and hope he continues to feel better. What a beautiful and sweet man. Seeing him pick up his child was so sweet ❤️
I think Dr Emma is amazing, but one thing I really like about her is she touches patients without gloves when she examines them. As though she's validating them and showing they she's not in any way grossed out by whatever skin conditions they have. I was just thinking about a woman having this condition and needing a cesarean birth, that would be awful, or even a man like him needing a large surgery, I think his body would cause this even with keyhole surgery. I'm glad to see he got the treatment he needed now he's settled here in the UK :)
I'll just add this was filmed during covid, she doesn't usually wear a mask. I'm amazed he's got keloids from exercise! I know gyms weren't good for us :) I am joking!
Depends. If it's not safe then that is a fact you can't just get upset when it's about helping to prevent and be able to slow down to later on get a better way to fix the issues as not everyone is the same and can die

True radiation
Recent studies say piercings change the microbiome around the area. I'm not surprised as the body probably sees it as foreign body, which it is.
