DougDoug is my favorite make-a-wish kid
8:19 I love the chaos that goes on for the next 40 seconds while Parkzer calmly explains laws
Michael gets juggled by explosions and then is immediately ran over by a sentient car
Fun fact, going up to the Hollywood sign is actually considered a felony. I think I know it’s illegal tho
That joke at the end was so good. It took me a while to get it, but that law that Parkzer was reading could be levied against Doug for his repeated phone calls. So the joke is he broke the law in real life.
True! So his reading is perfectly used!
Okay parkzer explaining the penal code that would specifically apply to dougs harassment during the stream is top notch stuff😂
Sooo... this means DouglasDouglas lost the challenge, because he was harassing his lawyer, cop, assassin.
The fact that the end bit with Parkzer went on for that long was so hilarious.
Not long enough
I love how the part of the law that Parkzer was reading was in regards to repeatedly calling someone which is something Doug did repeatedly throughout the stream
1:11 average San Francisco experience 💀
I was rolling on the floor laughing when Doug asked if not having a front license plate was illegal directly before he ran over a pedestrian
My favorite part was when Parkzer said to Doug "Doug you really need to park!"
And Doug replied with "Yes, I will Park-Sir!"
Lock your doors.
I love seeing how Doug is slowly instilling a sense of humor in Parkzer.
I feel like he has a wonderful sense of humor, and therefore understands his role as the straight man.
@@zorinzorinzorin5243 yeah but you could hear how much more Parkzer was laughing along during the video and telling complementary jokes. Also the joke with the endangered bugs was pretty funny. It just seems like he understands Doug more now compared to a few months ago.

I un ironically love the Parkzer bit at the ending I was so relaxed i need an audio book series of him just reading penal codes
I love how solo Doug streams is like a father watching over his twitch chat children. But when Parkzer shows up it's like a lawyer watching baby Doug and his twitch chat siblings.
Chat is the kindergarteners
Doug is the 6th grader that "rules the school"
Parkzer is the teacher who doesn't get paid enough
If Parkzer ever makes a Only Fans, it should just be videos of him doing that.
Also, points for getting Parkzer to say "wee woo"
If anyone has the timestamp for the wee woo, I want to hear it again
18:21 you’re welcome
@@bluephoenix9960 thank you!
Doug asking for a man's insurance while he spirals into a growing black hole in the sky has to be one of the funniest one-off bits I've ever seen
15:19 "oh nevermind there he is" got me so much 💀💀💀
Challenge starts at 21:37 for anyone wondering
There is a Polish joke somewhere here.
what do you mean challenge? that's my favorite part
Challenge Accepted.
@@niezwyklesmutnyczowiek2507 the pope!!!
can we get a full video of Parkzer reading laws to us? Parkzer's voice is so calming
The cadence is calming without being boring. It's a rare skill to possess.
I’d love that
We need a whole channel of that man
@@AmazingRofa Dude. Nobody cares. Stop it
I would legitimately watch videos of Parkzer just reading laws for like 6 hours on end, this is gold
Frr dose he have a RUclips channel or no
@@anthonyyuuhh4497 I've been wondering the same thing
“Well, you’re trespassing now” at like 5:34 killed me
I really like Parkzer's attitude in this video. He seems more in the know about what's going on than usual and so his commentary is more detailed, which is more funny. Also he just seems like he's having fun with it.
Came for the GTA gameplay, stayed for Parkzer reading the California Penal Code
My favorite part about the whole vod is that I'm not sure if Parkzer understood that twitch chat was causing random events or not. He is the perfect straight man.
7:35 Wait what No- discord disconnection sound😂🤣
Parkzer may not be a lawyer, but he is an absolute gem.
Nah, pretty sure he’s as much a lawyer as Phoenix Wright was. Ever played Apollo Justice? Total lawyer
Parkzer is a lawyer and a gem*
Don't disregard his years of studying law, there's no better lawyer.
1:45
Doug actually went straight while driving in a right turn lane, therefore he broke the law and must be exploded. Since he didn't do it in the run, he must be blown up IRL
It was totally sick tho so it’s ok
We need an entire series of Parkzer just reading the code of laws
agreed
ASMR
A strange laws series would be cool
Fr
13:59 MADE IN HEAVEN
That fact Parkzer reads about getting annoyed with frequent calls is killing me
the fact that Doug keeps telling Parkzer to invoice him for longer and longer periods of time and then just cuts him off is so funny to me
also, I would like more Parkzer reviewing law just gives off a relaxing vibe
Parkzer reading penal code with lofi music
@@davidd7738 Lofi girl
Yeah, parkzer explaining the most reasonable applications of real-life knowledge for ridiculous situations is very relaxing and wholesome.
@@davidd7738 Fam, that particular code (that he read in full, btw) was for digital harassment. Yeah, let that sink in, lmao

I love everything about this video. The editing, the chat, the discourse with Parkzer, the sudden court cases, the wacky antics. It's hilarious.
I love that he said that heroine and meth are ‘awesome’. The idiot. It’s literally in the livestream VOD.
I just love Parkzer's concern about everything happening in the game
DougDoug and Parkzer, the classic act of straight man and straighter man. I swear, Parkzer's deadpan reaction to all of this is the best part.
7:00 Look, if that's not an "Act of God", then nothing is.
Haha, this is the best comment
That's his son.
With Parkzer taking over the channel, my subscription finally feels well spend
Does whole stunt jump, "Hi, can I get a cab?" 15:50
Between this and last episode when Parkzer went "Hello Gregory, Gregory", I feel like he's definitely playing more into it.
Doig and Parkzer are such a fantastic combo for spontanious fun. It's the jester and the straight man combo in it's highest form
Doig. Thank you, you destroyed me.

note to self: "It was fuckin sick" works as a defense statement in court lol
"your honor, at the time of the incident my client was in 'goblin mode'"
Real talk; if there's ever a series of Parkzer just reading excerpts of penal codes, I'd have it on.
