    Ingredients:  Use 1,500 ml tray
    <ice cream>
    200ml whipping cream (high milk fat content type)
    1 egg
    2 egg yolks
    50g sugar
    vanilla extract
    <raw caramel sauce>
    100ml whipping cream
    100g sugar
    50ml water
    Instructions:
    1. Put egg and egg yolks in a bowl and mix.
    2. Add sugar in 3 portions and mix each time.
    3. Mix well until it becomes whitish.
    4. Add vanilla extract and mix well.
    5. Put whipping cream in another bowl and whip the cream until it forms a soft peak while cooling with ice water.
    Note: The higher the milk fat content, the richer and smoother the ice cream will be.
    6. Add the whipped cream to the bowl of whisked eggs and stir to combine.
    7. Put in a container and chill in the freezer for 1 hour.
    8. Put sugar and water in a pot and heat over medium heat.
    9. When it comes to a boil, shake the pot to caramelize it.
    10. When the mixture is caramelized, turn off the heat, add whipping cream and mix well.
    Note: If it does not mix well, mix over low heat.
    11. Place in a heatproof container and allow to cool.
    12. Add half of the raw caramel sauce to the ice cream that has been chilled in the freezer and mix gently.
    13. Chill in the freezer overnight to harden.
    14. Place the ice cream in a bowl and pour the raw caramel sauce on top, and you're done. Enjoy!!
