My doodle was pretty good for his first trim today. They don't want to stand still but i had him up on the table so he wasn't moving as much. I set in the floor to do his paws and he tried to get away.
Good job. The dog barking in the background reminds me of a miniature poodle mix I had that barked the whole time he was at the groomers. They’d get him done and call me to please come get him. Lol
I have kept my Doodle's hair at bay with a pair of chunkers, thins it out and it stays even, but during the hot spell I had to help her out a little...I'll book her in properly soon. you can always lay scissors next to her and even a buzzy razor to get him used to the sounds.
This is really super cute hair cut I came across. I also have a golden doodle puppy who looks same as Alani. I am looking for similar hair cut for him. It will be great you can share the name of hair cut or hair style I can ask groomer to do for my puppy?
There's really no specific name for it. I think I was doing an inch attachment comb in this video. Now a days she gets 3/4 an inch or 5/8 an inch all over.
I’m grooming a golden doodle at home alone instead of at work, I wanna go shorter for summer but he’s really shaggy, not so much fluffy I’m worried it might looks weird what do u recommend I use for the blade size
Tell the groomer to keep his face same length as his body and to not add a top knot, should solve the issue! If it doesnt ask them to go shorter but 1/4-1/2 inch
Usually with attachment combs since you're not taking much off you bathe before. With straight blades usually do a precut to save on drying time or if its matted you shave the mats out to get a good clean in. Some groomers prefer to do straight blades after bath cause they don't want to ruin their tools

I love how sweet your are with the puppies. She looks great
You did a great job. Nothing harder than a first groom wriggly puppy. I like the way you are filming the videos.
Can you share the brand of clippers you used and a link to where they can be purchased?
Also love the new camera set up. I can see what you’re doing and I can hear you.
What clipper are you using? Can you link it?
Girl your so patient, and it was a nice haircut.

I can’t imagine my doodle being this well behaved. He’s getting his first haircut next week :)

You did a great job.
My doodle is getting her first cut today! Hope she behaves as well as this one. Getting a similar cut too
This is so much better 👍🏻
You seem very heavy handed. Especially with a puppy. Nice looking cut though.

What model KM is your clipper that you used. And will the Andes blades fit the KM’s? I have a KM 10 corded.
Wow u got the fray playing in the background
Hi! I just got a doodle baby. Any tips for getting them used to grooming while he’s still young? we’ve been combing daily so far!
I know you get this question a lot how often should a F1 mini doodle get haircut I just want trim same time some hair left an some gone
I recommend every 6 to 8 weeks!
So when u we’re doing the puppy pads and the rear end what size guard were u using?
very good
How old is she? My puppy would never be that calm! She's a good girl!

AWSOME & Thx
What blade did you use?
The camera needs to be raised a little bit. I think you should use a different camera. This is a great video! You are doing a great job!
Where do you get those long guard combs?? I need a one longer than 1 inch so bad!
I honestly think I bought them on Amazon. I've had them for years. If you just Google them you'll find them :)
Does anybody else really not like the top of the head making their Goldendoodle look like a bichon frisée? Lol. I really can’t stand that.
Agreed! I hate that look.

I like it!!!
"Do ya think I'm sexy..."
Do you bath him before or after?

Your videos are great. Thank you for sharing...
How old is she ?
Your camera needs to be set a bit higher so that we can better see what you’re doing. Good job controlling that puppy!
Fried chicken is exactly what my daughter said
