I am happy that you got pancake because she's the one who keeps you happy every time you do so many laps & get tired. She's always gives you strength to take her out for a walk & have fun with it. Watching her playing around on Instagram feels so good. I really feel happy whenever I get tired or bored of my work.

Just a quick 'hiya' and to say loving the videos.
I'm a long time subscriber, watch EVERY video. I enjoy laps with any kind of 'blah-blah' , whether that's talking to someone else, Q&A or just you chatting about anything. I don't really love the silent, onboard laps and will often skip through those to the end for the out-tro bit.
Also, being a puppy owner myself, an absolutely adoring puppy content. More please.

Misha, I am a pet person and a person who has driven in the USA in competition. I look forward to going out in a ring taxi and having the driver trying to scare me, not possible but they can try. I also look forward to driving the "GR Yaris". At 69 years old I am not the typical old person. I still have quick reflexes and love to drive very fast. I look forward to doing some laps with you on the ring. Yes I wish you still had ring taxis but I understand the business plan. I love the pancake portions and the car portions, you have a very intelligent dog but some people are not as smart as their pets. You have put in the effort and trained to be an excellent "Doggy Daddy" and I give you Kudos for that! Love the content and I wait for every new episode, "Thank You Very Much"!

Informative video as always. But I have a question: does it annoy you when driving Yaris on the ring and breaking hard it flashes hazards? Can it confuse drivers behind you when seeing the hazards and thinking that there might be a yellow flag?
lol are you mad? Nearly all cars flash their hazard lights under braking. People are not dumb.

@@v4skunk739 where I'm from it's quite rare for a car to flash hazards under hard braking. I've definitely seen it, but it's not common at least where I'm from.

You give me a lot of hope. I really want a dog but at the moment arent home from 8am to 5pm and I wouldnt be able to take it with me, but I will definitly aim to change that in a few years to make space for a dog.

Such a cool car, it's only small and doesn't take up much space, maybe just keep it as a company runabout or even a long-term taxi, would be nice though to really modify the car into a Yaris version of the Castrol TOM's Toyota Supra GT.

Hey, there is a substantial rev overshoot in every up shift. Is the engine hanging when you press the clutch? I have two manual cars and none of them does this. I have a slight interest in the GR Yaris but if it behaves like this, it would drive me crazy…
I think it happens because Misha does not release accelerator pedal on upshift.
@@ldenis2 Yes, but only at the initial clutch activiation in that case. Otherwise the engine would be in the rev limiter until it is pulled down by the higher gear when clutch is released. In the GR86 video the tendency is there, but not that clear, which leads me to think the Yaris engine is "hanging" rather being operator caused.
@@timessix8434 It seems like a "clutch depressed" switch is not in a proper position or not calibrated. Probably because of the engine repairs...

Yeah, it seemed like it’s connected to brakes. But why the hazards, are they connected.
Where can I find the nurburgring emoji icon?
Not sure if it’s intentional or known, but if you want to get rid of the VSC warning, just press the back button (the arrow turning back on itself) on the steering wheel. You can then scroll through other views, like the boost gauge.
I have a question; why did it seem that the hazard lights (4 way blinkers) would come on when you entered at least some corners?

Why no rev matching? Just curious, I saw footage of people not rev match in race cars before. I just think that this upsets the balance of the car.
The N24 race was a win for Dacia. Media called it your car, and they received a bunch of media attention because of your popularity.
I am sorry if you've already gave the info about this topic and it is also a little bit personal, but what is your job at Apex? Is is that you are an instructor to those who come to Apex with their own vehlicle and also a capable driver who shows the customers what their car is capable off? I assume you do more than what I mentioned but that is my perspective from outside the box.

Thanks for posting this. Good to see that the Yaris is back and good to go. I also agree with the decision to not run Taxi because of said reasons. Otherwise I would've been against it. We still can get to enjoy the GT2RS MR or Ring Taxi cars with the one and only Tim Morley Racing. All is not bad. After seeing you and Pancake I also want to get a 🐶. Like you I can't make the decison but now I am positively motivated.
Went past you today when you were outside Apex. The on boards/videos really don't capture the mad elevation changes you got there it's like really steep going down into the garage!
Misha, why do the revs jump when you shift?
Maybe electronic throttle body closing slowly, so it is still partially open when he hits the clutch ?

I have a medical condition that prevents me from driving so I would love a taxi lap .. but I understand from a business perspective
I feel like Ford Focus RS would have been a much better choice Misha as that car is super fun to drive and when you want to change gear, you don't have to take away your feet from throttle at all. Just use the clutch & gearbox to change gear. It's super simple especially for track.
Civic Type-R is also a better choice than this. That car feels like a race car for the road in gearshifts, clutch, suspension, steering & gearbox.
You can have it mapped for flat foot shifting, Remember the RS is about 300kg heavier

I'd like to hear the story of how you and Robert met and how you came up with Apex and the name. It would be a company Q&A but I think it would be interesting to hear the background on all the staff. Apex seems like a big family to me so I think it would be cool to hear from them and learn more about them. Please bring back Boris and shit Diana says!!!!

By the book you overstrain pancake with 0,5-1 hour long walk. Make sure to watch for signs of it.. yawning, scratching behind the ear. Bering very erratic. Remember, when she is older, how much longer will your walks be? You want her to be fit but maybe not 3 hours walk fit.... After all she will get used to what you want from her .
Keep talking about pancake if it makes you happy dude! Dog parenting is a big step gone through it my self recently and wouldn't change it for anything!

One question. First of all, i don't want to make angry somebody who will read this, but I always wanted to know. How people react or how they behave to people who are not German in Germany, especially to slav people. That's why ask Misha because he is slav and he is honest one so yeah. And I don't mean to turist or visitors, I mean people who came to live in Germany for better life of course. Because I heard stories and I just wanted to know.
