    This is incredibly beautiful 😍 Thanks so much for the tutorial. You are a great teacher, hon:) I just started crocheting in October of 23. I've made so many projects since then! All of my Christmas presents were homemade last Christmas, and I plan on continuing that every year. Just seeing our grandson, who just so happened, didn't have a shirt on the day we brought him his blanket I made for him! He snuggled up in it and felt so soft to him..what a great feelig that must of been for him and for Ma'maw too🥰

    The way I understand this tutorial is once you are on your own it's a repeat of rows 4-6. It would have been nice though if it was explained at the end of the tutorial as many of us have not mastered reading patterns yet. Beautiful shawl & in the process of making it now. Hopefully I can continue on without getting frustrated. LOL. Happy hooking

    Thank you for a great tutorial. I'm on row 30. Just started it,and couple days ago. I'm using Lion Brand Mandala,the color is warlock. Very easy to do,and very lovely. I know the more rows,the bigger it gets,and the rows will take longer,as I go. But it's fun and addictive. And because the Mandala yarn is a light 3,I'm using a J hook.

    • @jannetteanderson5068
      @jannetteanderson5068 7 лет назад +1

      I'm having difficulty with this. Since you've made one is this just a 3 row repeat? I really want to make this but getting frustrated.

    • @CoriJOGFury
      @CoriJOGFury 7 лет назад +3

      Hi Jannette Anderson! Once you complete row 5, the first mesh row, it's a repeat of rows 3-5. Two rows of solid dc and then the mesh row. When working into the mesh row, it's a dc in every stitch and chain 1 space. I got a little confused on mesh rows 11 and 17 because working into the center or "marked" stitch became just a dc instead of the dc-ch2-dc. Around row 11 or 12 I opted for 2 dc at the beginning and end of the row instead of 3 to straighten out the curve of the shawl a little.
