Ingredients:
150 gms dark chocolate chopped
150 gms dark chocolate melted
150 gms toasted walnuts
150 gms almonds
250 gms castor sugar
120 gms melted butter
40 gms cocoa powder
120 gms refined flour
100 ml milk
3 eggs
Buttercream frosting:
1 cup Icing sugar
1/4 cup Soft butter
1 tsp Vanilla essence
1 tbsp warm milk
1/2 tsp pink edible color
Method of preparation:
Crack eggs in a bowl, add sugar and mix it well.
Add almonds, walnuts, refined flour, dark chocolate, cocoa powder and give it a quick mix.
Add the dry ingredients into the wet mixture.
Add vanilla essence, butter, melted chocolate, give it a mix.
Add milk and give it a final mix.
Transfer the batter to the aluminum mold, level the top portion using a spatula.
Bake it @120°C for 40 minutes.
Take it out and let it come down to room temperature.
In a bowl, add icing sugar, butter, mix them well.
Add milk, edible colour, mix it well and transfer it in a pipping bag.

Actually there r too many good rcps to select frm, its difficult to choose only one, but if it is, it's this very gooey choco walnut Brownie. U made it so easily....I used to make it by melting the choc and eggless. But ur this method is surely very quick and convenient and simple. So this is my favourite rcp. I vote for it.👌👌👍👍
