- INGREDIENTS & PROCESS:
1/2 CUP DARK CHOCOLATE
MELT THE CHOCOLATE IN DOUBLE BOILER
1/2 CUP MELTED BUTTER
MIX WELL
1 CUP ALL PURPOSE FLOUR
1/4 CUP COCOA POWDER
1/2 TEASPOON BAKING POWDER
3/4 CUP POWDER SUGAR
MIX WELL
1/2 CUP MILK MIX GRADUALLY
1 TEASPOON VANILLA EXTRACT
7 INCH OIL GREASED SQUARE MOULD
POUR THE BATTER INTO THE MOULD
COOK IT IN MEDIUM LOW HEAT FOR 35-40 MIN.
BROWNIE IS READY, COOK COMPLETELY
REMOVE IT FROM THE MOULD
1/4 CUP HOT WHIPPING CREAM
1/2 CUP MILK CHOCOLATE
MIX UNTIL THE CHOCOLATE MELT
POUR IT OVER THE CAKE
SPREAD EVENLY
1/4 CUP WHITE & 1/4 CUP DARK CHOCOLATE
2 TABLESPOON HOT WHIPPING CREAM FOR EACH
DECORATION WITH WHITE CHOCOLATE
DECORATION WITH DARK CHOCOLATE
USE A TOOTHPICK & FOLLOW THE WAY
CUT AS CUBES
1 SCOOP VANILLA ICE CREAM ON THE TOP
CHOCOLATE SYRUP

@@dharmendergupta2793 well I did not use whipping cream I used normal fresh cream from amul to add body that usually works for me... But you can go ahed and use whipping cream and heat it up in microwave or in a pan... The recipe says hot so that it can help chocolate melt, that's it. I am I lazy Baker so I just put my chocolate and cream with some butter in a bowl and pop that in microwave...

it is really easy .once we understand the trick we can make different types.
U can bake it in oven at 150 degree for 40 mins.

I made this one.. It came out real nice...my kids loved it so much...even the whole family...now making it today again for my daughter 's b'day..
I was initially skeptical about the recipe and wanted to try some easier one... But my brother thought yours looked better.... And trust me, it turned out amazing!! I used a non stick kadhai and layered it with salt, rest, I followed the recipe step by step. It tasted wonderful even without putting the extra sauce over it and was extremely soft... 👍
