For anyone else going on this grind, there is a godmode glitch for combat immersion. It’s by far the hardest part of the platinum so definitely make use of it.

a few years ago I was aiming to get the platinum trophy for this game. I had most of them already, had all the zombies eggs done, completed the campaign on realistic, and the second I saw how much work the guns and combat simulation would take I just gave in lmao. I salute you for going through all the way and doing it! That's awesome!
@@geomaracosta1243 if you play it safe and use the right strategies it wasn't so bad. it was so satisfying completing it and getting the trophy. It was my first play through of the campaign and i definitely would have recommended playing through it normally once before trying realistic mode but i was being lazy and didn't want to do it twice. The combat sim on realistic and grinding the weapon stuff is where the grind and real challenge comes from. fuck that shit lol
If you're still interested there's a godmode glitch for the sim, you just need two controllers, really since its the last thing you needed you honestly earned it at that point lmao

Black Ops 3 was one of the first entries that I got to witness firsthand, I remember seeing one of the trailers where they used Paint it Black and it was awesome to see. I would eventually play BO3 but I would never go for that Platinum since its so brutal. Props for managing to get it and great video too.
Man, major props to you. I have had 1 achievement left for BO3 for 2 years now. Personal Decorator. I just refuse to do the camo grind, it is so mind numbing. It pains me to see that I am only 1 achievement away from completing that game tho. Maybe one day.
i remember starting the plat trophy in like 2017 and not finishing it until 2020, it felt very rewarding to finally get it, the realistic combat emersion imo was the worst one to try and get, considering i got to wave 16 and when i loaded back into the safehouse after i finished it, it didnt count and i had to do it again
Having played zombies since WaW I was so excited to see you get into the Easter eggs. One because I knew what you were getting into and how stressful it gets, two because the satisfaction of completing them after so much work is so rewarding. Great job!

PERSONAL DECORATOR TIP/HINT: For maxing out your guns, go to the 'LIFE' map and go to the area where the mech machines are and ensure you have guns you need loading in your invent PLUS in the loadout boxes so you can swap guns over when you have finished them and in the small rooms either side at the back of the map, robots keep spawning just keep going til you have enough kills. PS' Write down how many kills your guns have BEFORE going in so you know when you are done.
Rise & Fall method combined with a PS5 was the way I went for the plat. Sure, you can only work on 2 guns at a time, but the speed of which you get them skyrockets due to the amount of enemies.

Giving me flashbacks, I remember all of these! I got all the achievements on the Xbox. First time going for Personal Decorator and my game glitched after unlocking the last medal, just like yours did. Except the only way I could fix it was to start over the entire campaign from the beginning! After getting everything for Personal Decorator twice it finally unlocked, which was great because I was not going to do it a third time. Ended up writing a guide for it in TA
You have waaaaayyy more patience than I do.. The rumor for black ops 6 is also saying realistic difficulty is coming back and that makes campaign borderline impossible. I know you beat ops 3 in realistic which is insane but I don’t have that level of patience to restart 300 times

I couldn't even imagine how long this entire video took. Especially the zombies portions were you failed multiple times on Easter eggs and had to restart each egg from the beginning taking hours just to get back to the boss fight. I completed all the zombies easter eggs solo that I could years and years ago but man they were some of the most fun times in gaming that I've ever had.

I got personal decorator a while back with the intent in mind of getting every achievement after but it burnt me out so bad that to this day i still haven’t gone back to get all the zombies achievements😭huge respect to you man i feel your pain

I got this platinum and then went straight into black ops 4. Definitely do not recommend playing black ops 4 for the plat 🤢. Huge props to you for getting this tho done dude😁. Its super rare for a reason!
Did this during covid. Can safely say it was much easier back then because when you got frustrated you could swap between campaign and multiplayer. But then more and more hackers joined lobbies and made multiplayer unplayable.

We are brothers I too have suffered for this platinum trophy. The worst part of all of it for me was getting the accolades. The simulator was brutal so I actually did a co op glitch to see it through lol. Beating this game on veteran without dying/realistic were both insanely difficult too. I saved the guns and stuff for last and it didn’t take too long because there’s a spot on the last map where robots infinitely spawn in front of you. Due to all the medals this has got to be one of the hardest platinums in the franchise if not the hardest. Would never do this again and will only ever touch zombies for now on
@@Ryspawn. I remember some accolades were broken. Hacking into the RAPS took me days, and it’s worse when you have to restart the mission for some of them. Congrats on the plat if you were to go for another one Infinite warfare isn’t too bad has really fun zombies

Also use the invisibility thing, beat it by basically running through all the areas with my cloak on.
i remember doing the trophys back in 2018 the realistic campaign against the mothership+r.a.p.s and to think the campaign was still childs play compared to couple others
After I saw I had 650 hours of playtime on BO3, I decided it was unacceptable to not have the platinum. Ended with 700 hours a few weeks ago, only for campaign💀

You were the only person to point that out. It took awhile to learn them and then attempting them for the first time was tough! But it’s not required for the platinum, only the 100% completion.
@@Ryspawn. yeah I’ve done the Easter eggs which is why I found it impressive that you just did them all for a few trophies, it’s a lot of remembering, and to pull it off with a teammate so you can’t even pause is even harder. I found it easier to do the Easter egg solo than with my friends.
something else that woulda helped you not wipe so much on the boss fight is allowing the person with the lightning bow to be the only one killing the normal zombies because with the pack a punch pistols you only need 3 ragnorak uses total so by having the lightning bow player be the the first and last activation you will have enough time to rebuild the regnoraks for the 3rd phase@@Ryspawn.
I remember that stupid Ready For Everything challenge, I wasted a whole weak when the game came out to get it. There was an invincibility glitch at the time, it was my saving grace. Truely, the worst challenge of all time, can't believe you did it legitimately, amazing job!
You guys honestly have no idea how difficult this is.. Combat Immersion on realistic broke me so hard i literally quit gaming for a month. Definitely one of, if not the hardest platinum to get in my opinion. Fantastic video, you earned my sub!
I got 48% on BO3 (not including DLC, as you can get Platinum without buying the DLC). I played like 70 days on MP. I played the Campaign once (that was enough to realise it was the worst CoD Campaign ever made), and I did play a fair bit of Zombies as well, so some of the trophies I just got by playing, but I grinded for the rest of them because I was bored. All in all, as typically a non-trophy hunter, I'm pretty happy with getting half of the trophies on this game. No shot I'd ever do what this guy did.
BO3 is my all time favorite COD. Back during the game's lifecycle, I really wanted to unlock the gold suit for my favorite specialist (Battery) so I set my sights on doing so. However, I eventually got burned out on the game, and stopped playing, failing to complete that goal. As the years past, and newer CODs released, it always bugged me how that gold suit eluded me. So finally, about a couple of years ago; I decided to start playing the game again, and I grinded until I finally unlocked it. Unfortunately, the game has been somewhat ruined by exploits, but overall, the time and pain was worth it, as I finally put that ghost to rest. I guess the cruel irony is that I'll never actually use the gold suit that much, as I rarely play the game now, lol
I really like the way you explain all trophies brief and simply . that's so good. You also give information to us to decide whether choose a game to platinum or not :D for this case I won't try it :D cause it needs friends!

I had a problem with a few accolades if I remember correctly. I kept having to repeat a checkpoint to get the accolade unlocked.

After I saw I had 650 hours of playtime on BO3, I decided it was unacceptable to not have the platinum. Ended with 700 hours a few weeks ago, only for campaign💀

Learning to do all the Easter eggs in zombies just for the platinum trophy is crazy
You were the only person to point that out. It took awhile to learn them and then attempting them for the first time was tough! But it’s not required for the platinum, only the 100% completion.
@@Ryspawn. yeah I’ve done the Easter eggs which is why I found it impressive that you just did them all for a few trophies, it’s a lot of remembering, and to pull it off with a teammate so you can’t even pause is even harder. I found it easier to do the Easter egg solo than with my friends.

little tip for anyone trying to do the der eisendrache easter egg if you pack a punch the starting pistol it insta kills all 3 of the bosses phases

something else that woulda helped you not wipe so much on the boss fight is allowing the person with the lightning bow to be the only one killing the normal zombies because with the pack a punch pistols you only need 3 ragnorak uses total so by having the lightning bow player be the the first and last activation you will have enough time to rebuild the regnoraks for the 3rd phase@@Ryspawn.

I remember that stupid Ready For Everything challenge, I wasted a whole weak when the game came out to get it.
There was an invincibility glitch at the time, it was my saving grace.
Truely, the worst challenge of all time, can't believe you did it legitimately, amazing job!

You guys honestly have no idea how difficult this is.. Combat Immersion on realistic broke me so hard i literally quit gaming for a month. Definitely one of, if not the hardest platinum to get in my opinion. Fantastic video, you earned my sub!

I got 48% on BO3 (not including DLC, as you can get Platinum without buying the DLC). I played like 70 days on MP. I played the Campaign once (that was enough to realise it was the worst CoD Campaign ever made), and I did play a fair bit of Zombies as well, so some of the trophies I just got by playing, but I grinded for the rest of them because I was bored.
All in all, as typically a non-trophy hunter, I'm pretty happy with getting half of the trophies on this game. No shot I'd ever do what this guy did.

BO3 is my all time favorite COD. Back during the game's lifecycle, I really wanted to unlock the gold suit for my favorite specialist (Battery) so I set my sights on doing so. However, I eventually got burned out on the game, and stopped playing, failing to complete that goal.
As the years past, and newer CODs released, it always bugged me how that gold suit eluded me. So finally, about a couple of years ago; I decided to start playing the game again, and I grinded until I finally unlocked it.
Unfortunately, the game has been somewhat ruined by exploits, but overall, the time and pain was worth it, as I finally put that ghost to rest. I guess the cruel irony is that I'll never actually use the gold suit that much, as I rarely play the game now, lol
